La nostra casa di città recentemente rinnovata si trova a 2 miglia dalla zona di Gulch, le strade del centro di Nashville e Mid-town. Il nostro spazio è molto invitante, arredato con gusto con mobili contemporanei e elettrodomestici nuovi di zecca. È disponibile anche un parcheggio privato e su strada, nonché l'opzione per Uber o Lyft. Per comodità, la nostra casa di città è dotata di ingresso senza chiave e recinzione per la privacy. The stay was overall very comfortable. We commented several times that the lighting was odd and the doors are SO squeaky! Going to the bathroom in the middle of the night makes so much noise just opening and closing doors. It was a quiet area though and we had no issues. Quick/cheap uber into Broadway area and The Gulch!

Nice Place

We rented this place for a bachelorette trip and it was perfect! 10 minute uber to downtown and 10 minutes away to a target for groceries! I would recommend it!

Close to everything

The location was excellent about 15 min away from any activities we wanted to do or restaurants we wanted to eat at. Beds were probably the most comfortable I’ve had in a vacation rental which I super appreciated. Could use better pillows though. Overall very clean, great stay!

A breeze to stay at

From booking to check out, everything was very smooth and easy. The place was perfect, clean and had everything we need. The set up made it easy to keep things tidy and organized. It was a bit of an Uber ride to get to broadway, but the quiet and peaceful neighbourhood was nice after a long day in Nashville. Would definitely book again with this friendly host.

Nashville couples trip

We booked this house for a party of 3 couples for a fun weekend getaway. The house was super clean and so cute! Very close to downtown and everywhere we wanted to go. We would definitely book this house again in the future!

Great stay near downtown

The location was great for downtown area. The cleanliness of the main bathroom needed a little more attention there was large spots of mildew on the shower. Plenty of space for the 8 of us. Also a bedroom was missing a tv. Would not mind staying again if we need this much space again and the hoat was great and instructions were very clear on check in and out.

My friends and I stayed here for NYE. Great location! Ubers to Broadway St were around $8. Clean, spacious property with easy instructions for check in/ check out.

Fun in Nashville

Property was very nice. Didn't spend much time there. Lyft was a $14 to $16 trip to Broadway except on Sun mornings then $35. Beware of taxis - $60 trip. Was nice to see a Security guard at the property at night.

Loved it but

This property is a part of 4 or 5 just like it side by side and there are more right beside it so you never feel like you’re in the middle of nowhere worried about the neighborhood. Construction makes it look like a run down part of town but it’s just growing! We did have an issue with the door locking while we were gone it was hit or miss more miss but everything was fine I feel like all of the large parties/groups around us helped. It’s not clear but only street parking is available right beside the houses and there’s only room for about 4/5 cars. Lyfts were always available, friendly, and pretty cheap since we were 6 ppl and had to order the XLs. Contacting the property manager was super easy and he was super nice and helpful with everything.

4 Side by Side Luxury Styled Townhomes in their on secluded community. Private garages for off street parking. Two fully equipped, kitchens (one on the 2nd and one on the 3rd floor). Washer and Dryer available on the 1st and 3rd level of the townhome. 2nd Floor Kitchen/Living Room has 70" HDTV, Master 60" HDTV, 1st floor bedroom 65" HDTV and 3rd floor Entertainment Room 65" HDTV.
