Rifacimento completo di cucina e bagno. Doccia recentemente piastrellata / illuminata, toeletta, elettrodomestici da cucina, pavimenti, illuminazione, armadi e banconi. Completamente arredato con letto matrimoniale, divanetto, tavolo / sedie. La casetta da giardino è dotata di utensili da cucina, articoli da cucina e da bagno di base, lenzuola e asciugamani. Wi-fi incluso. Smart TV a parete con cavo, in arrivo (non è disponibile una TV così intelligente con Xfinity, ora. Lavatrice / asciugatrice in loco. Splendido patio in mattoni e giardino con alberi da frutta, fiori, uso del barbecue e altro ancora. Parcheggio privato fuori strada.

Gorgeous and relaxing!

2nd time staying here. The cottage is so relaxing. The garden is beautiful and diverse! The lemon and orange trees, along with the many flowers can be enjoyed in the air. Kathy is a wonderful host. Generous with the fresh picked lemons. I will always plan my stay in the area centered around her cottage. Simply lovely.

Quiet Cottage

The cottage is cute and conviniently located in a quiet, residential area. The bathroom was recently updated as were most kitchen appliences. The towels and sheets looked new. Kathy was very helpful and communicated well. The apples and oranges from the trees in the back yard were wonderful and the dogs were friendly! However, the couch, ottoman and rug were worn and less than clean. Whoever rented before us did not wash dishes very well. We pulled out several cups, bowls and pans that were not clean and had to be washed before using. It's a good value for the area. All in all, we had a great stay.

Nice cottage experience

Cottage was conveniently located in central Lompoc with a safe place to park. Owner very responsive to questions. Kitchen fully stocked and bedroom was comfortable and unit kept warm at night. Would most definitely stay again.

Cozy Cottage

A bright and airy little cottage that is just right for one or two people. As we were visiting someone at Vandenberg Space Force Base, the location was very convenient. Easy access, a nicely appointed kitchen, good WiFi and being a tea drinker, I personally appreciated the electric hot water kettle. Although our schedules did not allow us to meet, the owner was very nice and responded quickly to my texted questions.

Lompoc stay

I didn’t stay for very long but I very much enjoyed the time I was here! The host was very nice and the dogs were adorable. I would stay here again if I ever go back!

Cozy and Cute

Traveling with my husband and our dog for a three-night stay. We come up to Santa Inez Valley once or twice a year and enjoy staying in Lompoc because it's quiet and laid back. The cottage was cute and cozy, near downtown Lompoc and a nice park. The kitchen though tiny was well appointed and efficient (I cooked most of our meals). We loved the yard with its fruit trees, and our dog had a good time playing with the owner's dogs who are not shy about coming to the door for a treat! Kathy, the owner was great, and we definitely look forward to visiting again.

Quiet, clean and great location

The property is excellent. The cottage is conveniently located in town, quiet, clean and picturesque. The inside of the cottage is beautiful decorated. This is a great choice for leisure, or a work stay.

Absolutely Adorable

My stay was simply fantastic! The cottage was very tastefully decorated and had everything I needed! The listing and the pictures are spot on! I travel a lot and this was by far my favorite! Kathy was an absolute dream and I really enjoyed my 10 day stay. I will definitely return!

Our roots and our connections in the community run deep and we love to share stories about the area, it's attractions and fun things to see and do. We spend a lot of time in the outdoors riding horses, hiking, camping and gardening.

Our cottage was completely renovated and displays a cheerful bo-ho vibe. it is conveniently located within walking distance to shopping, Starbucks, wine tasting and dining. Perfect for longer stays for those working at Vandenberg SFB or medical professionals. The cottage comes with private, off-street parking and a securely fenced garden suitable for dogs.
