Hi there, Thanks for staying with us at Hidden Beach 219. We do not show that you reported anything out of the ordinary during your stay via text, phone call, nor email. We would have loved to resolve any issues during your stay had we been given the opportunity; remember, we are always here to help! We pride ourselves on providing exceptional customer service when given the chance. As it relates to trashcans, there are trashbags in each unit in the kitchen, however trash is taken to the dumpster on trash days. We will share that feedback about the ice machine with the proper team. We do apologize that the unit was not up to your standard and we will address with the cleaning company to ensure our cleaning standards are met. For the price of these units and the location - it is truly hard to beat!
