Discover the allure of Hidden Beach Villas 216, a charming 2nd-floor studio that comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests. Positioned within a short stroll, less than 300 yards from the pristine emerald waters and sugar-white beaches of the Gulf of Mexico, this studio offers both convenience and serenity.

With a cozy queen bed and a sofa that converts into an additional sleeping space, the villa provides a comfortable retreat. The well-appointed modern kitchen invites you to prepare beach snacks and dinner meals on nights in, or you can explore the diverse array of restaurants along 30A. Start your day by sipping on a cup of coffee on the balcony, offering views of the inviting pool and meticulously landscaped grounds. Your stay at Hidden Beach 216 promises to be a delightful and memorable experience.

Beach Access:
From the west end of the complex, head across 30A via Pelayo Avenue. Across 30A and down the boardwalk is your beach access.

Hidden Beach Villas:
Hidden Beach Villas is a lovely beach condominium located steps to the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy a cool and refreshing dip in the community pool. Or cook a special meal on one of the community grills. For added convenience, there is a laundry facility on site with coin operated washers and dryers. Located along scenic Hwy. 30A, in the heart of Seagrove Beach, between famous Seaside and Rosemary Beach. The 19 mile paved bike/walk path that parallels the entire length of Hwy. 30A is conveniently located in front of the complex.

Your stay at Hidden Beach 216 comes with Xplorie’s best activities! Tee off at Emerald Bay or Regatta Bay, zip through Baytowne Adventure Zone, and sail on the Sea Blaster Dolphin Cruise. Enjoy Big Kahuna’s Water Park, Black Light Mini Golf, and scenic bike rides with complimentary rentals. Explore 30A with ease and adventure!

Please Note: Complimentary Xplorie activities are only available for reservations of 1–28 consecutive nights. Stays of 29 nights or longer are not eligible for these complimentary activities.

An initial Benchmark signature box of amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 1 pack of kitchen wipes and liners for each trashcan plus 2 washing machine pods. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of facial and bath soaps/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My mom and daughter and I stayed fo days in this condo. When we walked in, we fell in love with the bright colors and beachy vibes! It is only a mile walk/bike ride to Seaside and across the street from public beach access. My family and I have been coming to Hidden Beach Villas since the late 90s. We can always count on the units to be consistently clean and in good shape. We have seen several renovations and updates over the years and management truly cares that you are completely satisfied and come back. We are already looking forward to our next stay!

Perfect Stay on 30A!

This studio style condo was perfect for our family of 2 adults and 2 children! Super close to beach access and the pool! We stayed over the 4th of July and the beach wasn’t near as crowded as we thought it would be! The condo was clean and well stocked for what we needed! We would definitely stay here again for a long weekend in the future!

Relaxing and Enjoyable

Cozy and comfortable! We loved being able to kick back and relax at the beach getaway. Everything was available for us, from martini glasses to turkey pans! We had the best Thanksgiving!

Was worried about unit being across the street from ocean. I’ve always stayed in condos with direct access to beach. The location of this one was ideal and the walk was very short. Plus the last renters gifted their beach chairs and that made the beach stay even better! I highly recommend spending the money for chairs if they are no longer there. The bike rental is another short walk and will definitely want to rent bikes for at least two days and drive to high ends of 30A. We used those to pedal to our eating spots as well. The pool was clean and the perfect temperature. Just couldn’t have asked for a nicer spot for our girls stay. Oh! And the bed was great too! A good mattress is always a big concern for be when renting. So great little spot indeed. You will not be disappointed!

The bed was very uncomfortable. The electric switches were not working properly. The pool was too cold to use. I didn’t know there were so many stairs. I thought you could see the gulf, you can’t.

In regard to the electrical switches, we wish we had been made aware during your stay, as we would have promptly sent our maintenance team to inspect and resolve the issue. Unfortunately, we were not notified at the time. Regarding access and stairs, the unit is located on the second floor, so stairs are part of the property layout. Additionally, beach access in this area along 30A typically involves boardwalks with stairs leading down to the beach. We also want to clarify that the unit is not advertised as beach front or having a gulf view. While beach access is nearby, the property is located across 30A and does not provide a direct view of the gulf. We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve both our communication and guest experience, and we hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the future. Great location!

This space was perfect for just my husband and I. It’s in a great complex and in an ideal location. Unfortunately, the communication with the management company was very poor- I would not receive a response for multiple hours regarding questions I had prior and during our stay. Overall, a great place to stay for a couple in 30A.

The management company was very fast to respond for info and checked in multiple times throughout our stay. Bathroom shower is nice and seems to have been recently remolded which was a huge plus for us. Love the place, would stay again. Awesome location between very close to Seaside and not far from Alys/Rosemary. Good beach access as well.

The property was clean. It is just as it looks in the picture. The kitchen was nice and had plenty of dishes and cooking utensils. We did have trouble getting into our room when we got there. Our code wouldn't work.We didn't get free attraction tickets or see anything about them. One thing that would be nice for people to know is that there are quite a few stairs to go down to the beach. We did enjoy our stay.
