Jason was an amazing host! He was very quick to answer questions and was very accommodating. The pool house and main house comfortably fit my group of 12 and we loved all the seating available. The kids loved all the games, and the adults loved the heated spa and fire pit. It felt very private and it was a little oasis after time in the crowded city. Would definitely recommend for any kind of crowd - family or friend trip.

Great property and facilities. The only negative feedback was the freezer and ice maker were not operating properly and there was no shower gel / soap, shampoo or conditioner in the showers.

Thank you for your feedback. We have since moved away from individual hotel-style shampoo, conditioner, and body wash bottles and installed mounted dispensers in the showers to ensure these items are consistently available. Regarding the refrigerator/freezer, we had Freon added to address the cooling issue and did our best to provide ice during the repair. There was also a second refrigerator available that was functioning properly while the other unit was being serviced. We appreciate you staying with us and are glad you enjoyed the property and amenities. Thank you.

Overall the property is perfect for large family gatherings. Lots of amenities and elbow room space. Most everything you need is provided. However, we experienced an issue at check-in with the cleanliness. The owner, Jason did send back his cleaner immediately to complete the missed areas. He also gave some compensation back to us to show good faith. Possibly a larger cleaning crew is needed between back to back rentals to provide a deeper cleaning/cleanup for the size of the house(s).We would have given the property 5 Stars but there are areas throughout the house(s) that need TLC !! And, our cleaning hiccup !!

Thank you, Raymond, for your thoughtful feedback and for recognizing our efforts to address your concerns promptly. We're glad you enjoyed the home's spacious layout and amenities. As a family-owned and operated business, we take great pride in providing a 5-star experience, and we're sorry the cleanliness at check-in fell short of expectations. We've taken your feedback seriously and are strengthening our cleaning procedures, including additional cleaning support for back-to-back reservations, photo documentation, and signed cleaning checklists to ensure our standards are consistently met. We truly appreciate the opportunity to make things right and thank you again for staying with us. We hope to welcome you back in the future!

The cleanliness was definitely less than what was advertised & what we expected for the price range. Also, some of the amenities did not work. Location was good for what we needed but overall, not worth the price.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're sorry to hear that your experience did not fully meet your expectations. As a family-owned and operated business, we take great pride in our property and strive to provide every guest with a 5-star experience. We proactively reached out to you during your stay to ensure everything is going well and to address any concerns promptly. Unfortunately, no issues were brought to our attention during your visit, and we would have gladly addressed them had we known. Regarding the refrigerator, the compressor was replaced, and two additional refrigerators were available for your use. Im surprised this was raised as an amenity not working as we provided a replacement. We truly value guest feedback and remain committed to providing a clean, comfortable, and enjoyable experience for everyone who stays with us. Jason and family

The house was fantastic for a multigenerational family vacation. All of the beds were so comfortable. There was so much to do at the house that many times we lost track of time playing. The hosts were truly amazing and so responsive to all of our needs. We would definitely stay here again!

Multigenerational vacation paradise! Family of 8 with ages ranging from 9-66with something for everyone! Pool/jacuzzi/slide/waterfall and pickleball were the biggest hits but so many other options to keep everyone pleasantly entertained or comfortably relaxing.Teens loved the separate pool house which was key in maintaining family harmony, LOL!Adults appreciated well appointed clean kitchen, outdoor grilling, comfortable beds and massage chair!!House is in perfect location away from, but close enough to the strip, with well maintained grounds in safe neighborhood. Outdoor music and night time outdoor lighting provided resort like atmosphere.Couldn’t have asked for more, except longer stay!Thank you!

Thank you so much for the wonderful review! We're thrilled to hear your family had such a great time and that there was something for everyone to enjoy. It’s great to know the pool, spa, slide, waterfall, and pickleball court were such big hits, and we're especially happy the casita helped keep the peace between the teens and adults! 😊 We appreciate your kind words about the kitchen, beds, outdoor spaces, and amenities. Creating a relaxing, resort-like atmosphere for families and groups is exactly what we strive for, so it's incredibly rewarding to hear that reflected in your experience. Thank you for choosing our home for your family vacation. You were fantastic guests, and we'd love to host you again anytime, hopefully for a longer stay next time! Safe travels and all the best to your family! Jason & Family
