Great location at Nye Beach with somewhat of a view of the ocean two blocks from the beach. Well equipped and stocked. Very glad we made the trip to Newport.

Great location. A comfortable home away from home. The upside down configuration of the condo was great as you could see a little of the ocean from the second level (the great room). May not seem like much, but for this landlocked midwesterner it was a treat.The hosts were great and very understanding when I parked in the wrong place upon my arrival…some people just can’t seem to follow perfectly clear directions.My kid and their spouse came for a few days during our stay. I had worried they would have to park pretty far from the condo (only one spot available at the location), but it was absolutely no problem with finding street parking very close to the condo.All in all, a great place to stay.

Beautiful location with easy access to the beach. The Ultralife cafe around the corner and the Blue Pig Bakery were favorite visits. The Balcony has an ocean view. If you have a TV streaming serv id itis easy to connect using the provided Roku tv. Had everything we needed (didn't have occasion to use the oven). Having a gas stove was nice. Only caveat (just for us senior citizens): the bed was too high and the toilets too low . Would be happy to stay there next time we have a long trip to Newport.

Everything was great. Only noticeable area that needed attention was the shower curtain. It had pink and black mildew/mold on the lower part of the curtain and black mold on the grout in the master bath. We enjoyed the cozy feel of the condo and loved sitting on the balcony. We would book this again in the future.

The rental was spacious, sunny, comfortable and quiet, with sunset views from the balcony and inside niche. The only recommendation would be to add some blackout curtains in the bedrooms as the light from the nearby agency was on all night. The property was ideally situated near the beach and the commercial, historical district, which was less touristy than the bay front. Nye Beach boasted good food (Chowder House, Ultralife, and Zuritas) and some nice shops/art space, all within easy walking distance. All in all, we spent a lovely three days exploring the Newport area on this, our first trip to the Oregon Coast.

The condo was spacious and clean with great views of the ocean. The location is amazing next to many of the great restaurants and shops in Newport as well as Nye beach. We will definitely be staying here again on future trips to Newport!

Texted through app/ fast & excellent communication. 2 story condo was clean & exactly as advertised. The full cable was very welcome surprise. Would recommend ! It’s right above a coffee shop that smelled amazing in the morning. ( ultra life ). Had chowder across the street at ‘the chowder bowel’. Location, location location. 10/10.

Our 3-night stay allowed us to settle in here, and it was such a great place to do so. The ample space in this unit allowed our family of three to spread out, and it was conveniently located near many shops and restaurants. The outdoor balcony offered a comfortable area for listening to (and even seeing) the waves, enjoying several hours of sunshine, and having an evening drink. We used the public transit/bus passes one of the days to get to the aquarium, but misunderstood the premise. For some reason, we assumed it was a hop-on/hop-off circular route rather than an infrequent service. The walk back from the aquarium was absolutely doable, if you're wondering about getting to the bay from the condo on foot. Be prepared for a loud and windy adventure across the Yaquina Bay Bridge, though. We were thrilled with all the kitchen amenities, including a coffee grinder and the icemaker. Highly recommend staying here!
