Michael's Beach Place @ Shoreline Ridge a Newport è un lussuoso appartamento con tre camere da letto fronte oceano, tre bagni situato al secondo piano del complesso Shoreline Ridge. Con l'accesso all'ascensore e il condominio stesso è solo un livello, questo condominio per le vacanze è la scelta perfetta per coloro che non possono navigare facilmente le scale. Spazioso e ben arredato, questo condominio è molto tranquillo con viste fenomenali. Questo condominio di nuova costruzione ha una bella cucina con ripiani in granito, mobili di pregio, elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile ed è completamente attrezzata con tutti gli utensili e stoviglie che potrebbe essere necessario per cucinare e servire pasti vacanza o vacanza. L'open space della cucina, della sala da pranzo e del soggiorno conduce a ampie finestre e ponti con favolose viste sull'Oceano Pacifico, sulla spiaggia, sul faro di Yaquina e sul Capo Foulweather. Il soggiorno ha un camino a gas per l'uso in quelle notti fredde insieme a una TV a schermo piatto. Wi-Fi è previsto anche per gli ospiti che soggiornano qui. C'è anche una vista sull'oceano da questa camera da letto. I condomini di Shoreline Ridge si trovano a breve distanza in auto dalla storica zona di Nye Beach, a Newport, ricca di negozi, caffè, gallerie d'arte e ristoranti. L'accesso alla spiaggia locale è a sud del complesso. Vieni oggi sulla costa dell'Oregon e trascorri la tua tanto necessaria vacanza in grande stile!

Beautiful spot in newport!

The view and location were amazing, you could walk down to shops or the beach in a few minutes.Just remember to bring your own pillow.

Lovely week

Big storm the first night there and the power went out. Luckily we brought some flashlights and charged phones. Most rental homes do not have flashlights or lanterns. This house was no exception. Power was restored before morning. Beds were comfortable , views amazing, kitckwn qell stocked.

Wonderful place for a family gathering

Great location near Nye Beach access, the shops and restaurants. The three bedrooms worked well for two elderly couples and our 2 grand children. Both had nice views of the coastline. We loved the balcony as well. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils and equipment. Our only complaint was lack of cable TV. It was difficult or nearly impossible to get network television with "the game". Luckily we brought our laptop and and could stream the game that way. Would stay here again.

Beautiful ocean views from every room

Loved the rooms and gorgeous ocean views in each room. Some stuff was a little bit in disrepair, but nothing major. Some other downsides were that there wasn’t an easy way to walk to the beach like I thought there would be and there was a homeless encampment down the embankment.

Nice trip to the Oregon Coast

Was a great Condo, perfect location. The unit had a little wear and tear on it, but again it is a rental at the beach, all good. The location and views were amazing. Great value... Thanks

The beds and pillows could have been more comfortable. The couch was pretty dirty looking i didn't want to set on it. But awesome views and location. The property its self was an awesome layout. Just need maybe a new couch and cozier bedding.

Great Getaway/ Beautiful Location

We recently stayed at this lovely beach condo and had an overall wonderful experience. The condo boasts a beautiful view that made our mornings truly special, and its great location provided access to the beach and local attractions and restaurants. The place was quiet and clean, offering a peaceful retreat from our busy lives. However, there were a couple of minor inconveniences. The master bedroom lacked blinds, which made it difficult to sleep past sunrise-- something many people like to do on vacation. Additionally, the glass on the deck was quite dirty, and my husband had to clean it himself to fully enjoy the beautiful view. Despite these small issues, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this condo to others seeking a serene beach getaway.

Goregeous View But Wish We Brought Our Own Bed

Reviewer Comments: The photos on the site are very representativ4e of the place....very spacious and an excellent location.We would rent again in a minute if the beds and living room furniture were updated and more comfortable. Waking up with an achy body is not what we paid for. I would recommend to a friend if that were done.

Very dissapointed there were no window coverings in the master bedroom, on windows or glass door that leads out to patio. We were able to see inside windows of neighboring condos Crockpot had mold inside and copper wires coming out of cord. Tv in master bedroom didn't work. To be fair, I left the crock pot and a note for housekeeper to make sure they were aware.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Excellent location and view of beach. Interior of condo is worn. All cushions on dining room chairs were dirty, and one kitchen cabinet door was missing. The master bedroom shower floor was moldy, and the door to this bedroom was seriously scratched. Even with pillows, it is impossible to sit up straight on the living room couch.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: From the moment we walked in, we were impressed. Spotless, upscale kitchen and baths, beautiful views to lighthouse, great high top dining table to enjoy meals. Almost all of Newport's hotels, etc are on a cliff overlooking the ocean so you either have to climb down stairs or walk a bit to access. We found a path at the back of the property that lead to a city street past the nye beach inn that lead us to the public access of the beach. The whole walk down probably took 10 minutes, a little rougher coming back as it is uphill. Still, what a beach. You can walk for a long while. I would highly recommend this place. We did a day trip to state parks, the one up by the lighthouse had many whales feeding that day. What a treat.

Excellent Location

This property is in an excellent location: looking at the Yaquina Bay Lighthouse (take binoculars) and on the bluff between Nye Beach to the south and Agate Beach to the north. We were able to hike down a rough trail from the condo to the beach, but opted to walk down the beach to an easy access at Nye Beach on the way back. We were minutes from shopping and restaurants. The best find for eating out was Nye Beach Café which made homemade bread everyday. The condo is well equipped for cooking, but in general, it is well loved. The couches are filthy (I put a blanket over them so we did not have to sit on the fabric), the paint is dinged and chipped everywhere and the windows do not seal - leaving it drafty. (It would not have mattered in the summer that fresh air came in from outside. However, it was winter and cold....it even snowed at the beach which was a bonus!). All in all, the location made up for any deficiencies, but I would have loved to give this property a 5-star rating in every category.

It is hard to beat the location of this unit. Beautiful. The kitchen was well stocked with necessary appliances and dinnerware. Check in went well through VRBO when my email would not work. I would strongly suggest the owners provide a few more blankets. The top bunk bed had sheets and pillow but only a light weight throw available. One adult male who preferred to sleep on the couch rather than with another adult male had no blanket available at all. Blankets aren't expensive.

No window coverings in main bedroom

The place was nice. Kitchen was well stocked the master bath was amazing. The views were great! However, there were a few things that made us uncomfortable and is why I give only a 3 star rating. The master suite was surrounded in windows with a straight view to the bathroom , this would have been wonderful because the view was spectacular, however, this room NEEDS blinds or curtains to pull in at night. There was nothing but a straight view into the room. This was most UNCOMFORTABLE knowing that anyone could see straight in from the beach or neighbors. The beds, pillows and sofas were also very hard. I feel like all of these items warranted some attention. When walking down to the beach we found a hidden trail with what appeared to be a homeless camp. This made me a little nervous having 2 teenage girls with us. With those things being said the house was roomy and views were amazing, the fireplace was warm and cozy as our week there was mighty chilly.
