Dear Cindy, thank you very much for sharing your feedback with us. We're pleased to hear that you found the property well-maintained and your room clean upon arrival — it’s always our goal to provide guests with a welcoming and comfortable stay from the start. However, we're truly sorry that the housekeeping service did not meet your expectations during your stay. We understand how important it is for every area of your suite to be cleaned thoroughly and on time, especially after you took the time to inform the front desk. The fact that only one bedroom was serviced after your second night clearly falls short of the standards we hold ourselves to. Please rest assured that we take cleanliness and guest service very seriously. We have shared your comments with our housekeeping and front desk teams so they can review the breakdown in communication and ensure it is corrected moving forward. Your comfort and satisfaction matter greatly to us, and we truly appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Feedback like yours helps us continue to improve, and we sincerely hope to welcome you again for a much smoother and more enjoyable experience.

Dear Reginald, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We truly appreciate it and understand how important it is to have the right accommodations, especially when caring for a family member who requires constant support. Regrettably, due to an overbooking situation, our on-site team had to arrange for your stay to be split into two separate rooms. This is not the experience we strive to provide, and we recognize that it can be frustrating. We are grateful for your understanding when we offered you two rooms at the same rate, which you accepted. While we are unable to process a refund at this time, please know that your comfort and satisfaction are very important to us. If there’s anything we can do to enhance your experience or assist you further, please don’t hesitate to reach out. Thank you again for your understanding, and we hope to provide you with a more positive experience in the future.
