Cucina perfetta per cucinare e intrattenere con ripiani in granito, elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile e pavimenti in legno. Vista eccezionale sia sulla piscina che sull'oceano. A pochi passi da ristoranti locali, divertimenti e negozi. Il soggiorno presenta splendidi arredi, connessione internet wireless, TV via cavo e lettore DVD. Tutte le camere sono dotate di letti confortevoli, bagno privato e TV. La master suite ha un letto king size e una vasca idromassaggio separata. Questo condominio condivide un pool di comunità con solo altre 9 unità che significa pochissimo affollamento! Vietato fumare. No animali.
TUTTE LE Lenzuola, asciugamani da cucina e set di asciugamani da bagno sono forniti per la tua comodità !! Dovrai solo portare o pianificare il noleggio di teli da mare, sedie, biciclette, ombrelloni, ecc. Cancellation Policy:
Reservations made and cancelled within 24 hours will be refunded in full. After 24 hours, our cancellation policy goes into effect. Reservations cancelled 6 months prior to arrival will be refunded in full. If a reservation is cancelled less than 6 months prior to arrival, a full deposit refund less a $100.00 booking fee will be made only if the unit is re-rented for the same time and price, and at a pro-rated rate if only rented for the partial amount. The guest will be responsible for the difference in price if re-rented at a lower rate. We do offer and strongly encourage every traveler to purchase travel insurance as well for an added 10.8% or 7% charge depending on which plan you select. If accepted, the 10.8% travel insurance plan must be paid in full within 14 days of making a reservation or you may add the 7% plan up until 30 days prior to your arrival date or final payment is paid, whichever comes first. Travel insurance covers every guest scheduled to come on the trip. Please call us for more information or visit our website for detailed plan information. Upon arrival, if you do not accept the unit you have reserved your deposit will be forfeited.
Power/ weather related cancellation: Carroll Realty does not issue refunds due to acts of nature such as: weather, road conditions, snow conditions, power outages, or forest fires.
