Beautiful home on a quiet cul-de-sac! We loved the front porch and sunroom. The private room with the pull-out couch had doors, so it felt like a separate bedroom. The living room was spacious, the dining table was large, and it was just a short walk to the beach. The host was wonderful, and Wild Dunes Resort is amazing! We had a great stay!

This is an exceptional property in a perfect location. We stayed a week for our annual family vacation and loved everything about this house and amenities. The kitchen was well-stocked with any cooking tool or serving dish we needed. The street is quiet and private with just a short walk to the beach . The host was very attentive to our needs while there and checked in periodically. Highly recommend!

The house was ready upon our arrival. It was easy to find and all instructions provided made for a smooth arrival. The beach was a quick and easy walk and the pool area was quite nice with shade and plants of seating. We had 5 adults in the house and found it was a comfortable amount of space. The only clarification that would be very helpful to others traveling with elderly guests or young ones is that all 3 bedrooms are on the first floor (along with the screened in porch) and two sets of stairs lead up to the living area and sunroom (with a pullout)on the second floor which has the 3/4 bath and laundry. We did have bikes delivered for our stay and appreciated the ease of that process. Overall, we had a great stay on IOP with many trips into Charleston.

We had a wonderful stay. The house is very close to the beach path, and an easy walk to the Boardwalk Inn and all the nearby restaurants and shops. The house was immaculate, and the beds and furniture were comfortable and in great shape. We were particularly impressed by how well stocked the kitchen was. I would absolutely recommend both the house and the property management company to a friend.

Stayed here while touring USC. Amenities were in great condition. House was spotless. Would have definitely liked to stay here in warmer weather.

Great rental for family week at the beach! Spacious rental with ample room for 6 people and enough room for 8 people. Love the great room with the giant sectional - all six of us could sit comfortably to watch a movie. Kitchen had all the utensils we needed for cooking dinner and several spices and some olive oil too. Location is perfect - a block to the beach and half a block to the pool. Commutation with Avant Stay could not have been better. My only two suggestions to make this rental even better are: provide beach chairs and provide hair conditioner (conditioning shampoo doesn’t cut it for me! lol.). Would definitely stay here again.

Sounds like the perfect setup for a family week at the beach — we're so glad the home gave all six of you plenty of room to spread out, and that the great room with that giant sectional became the spot for movie night! It's great to hear the kitchen had you covered for cooking, right down to the spices and olive oil, and that being just a block from the beach and half a block from the pool made the location so easy. We're thrilled that communication with AvantStay was top-notch, too. Thanks for the fun suggestions about beach chairs and a proper hair conditioner (the conditioning shampoo struggle is real!) — we'll be sure to pass those along to the team.
