Hello Steve, I'm sorry to hear about your issues, particularly the fridge not being cleaned out. I wish you had let me know during your stay. We were in a period of transition with the cleaning crew and have since found someone else. We did have trash bags there, and I could have pointed you in the right direction.

Hi Becky, I'm sorry you were disappointed with the cabin. I know that the timing ended up not being great for your family, and the options we gave you to reschedule didn't work for you. A recent renter did break one chair by the fire pit, which we are in the process of replacing. The carpet is also scheduled to be replaced with alternate flooring but keeps getting delayed because of supply chain issues. We try to constantly make improvements, but it's not always fast enough for every renter. Our family stays at the cabin often, and we find it very quaint and comfortable.
