This house was a perfect spot for the 6 of us to enjoy a great weekend in st Augustine ! Awesome location, clean and roomy!! Highly recommend and we plan to try and stay again when we return.

Beautiful and clean in great location!

This was our third annual family trip staying at this beautiful property! Wonderful location with ample parking, quiet and immaculate with all the amenities needed for a great family vacation. Excellent communication from owners, we couldn’t be happier with our stay which is why we will be back again next year for a fourth time!

Great location

Fantastic location and parking for downtown area and close to amphitheater for concert.. both apts were extremely clean and comfortable..will definitely use them again when I return.. hosts reached out before and after check-in… great experience ..thank you

Birthday Weekend

The property was extremely clean and well appointed with everything needed for an extended stay. Located within a very short walk to attractions, downtown and waterfront. Looking forward to a return trip!

Cute and roomy, love the proximity

The home is comfortable, well kept with everything we needed. Plenty of space for our large group and 2 dogs. We could walk to most things. Beds were very comfy :) Would live to stay again!

Excellent Rental

This rental was excellent and had everything we needed for a family wedding weekend in St. Augustine. It was clean, had plenty of room for the entire family and was in walking distance to downtown St. Augustine as well as the wedding venue. The on-site parking was a wonderful bonus.

Great location to the city!

We really enjoyed our first time visiting St. Augustine! This place is walking distance to everything! Marie has done an excellent job thinking about everything you might need to enjoy your stay and has provided it! Super clean, super cute, and super convenient!!

Another great stay at Marie's place!

Second year in a row we booked our family vacation at this VRBO! Hosts are great, available if needed but not intrusive. Property is super clean and comfortable, surprisingly quiet inside and the onsite parking is a must. Really enjoyed being able to hang out with my family in such a comfortable safe environment. We will be back next year!

Wonderful weekend

We always come to St. AUgustine for MLK weekend and this year our stay at this house far exceeded our expectations. They thought of everything here. Marie was Easy to work with and answered any questions promptly this house will be at the top of our list for years to come

Such a beautifully decorated home with a fully stocked kitchen and very comfortable furniture to sleep and relax! My family of 10 adults came to St Augustine for a wedding at the Lightner Museum which was just 2 blocks away. The home was very close to the historic district so we were able to walk everywhere! We took over the whole house which is really 2 separate units which worked out perfectly for the ones in the group that wanted to stay up late and chat and listen to music and those that went to bed early. Marie answered all of our questions in a very timely manner but once we got to the home we had everything that we needed and didn't know we needed. We all enjoyed our stay in St Augustine very much and this home was one of the reasons and we all agreed to come back again for vacation!!

Priceless Family Memories made in a beautifully decorated perfect location :)

My family rented both the units to accommodate our family gathering this year for Christmas and to celebrate my Dad's 60th birthday. The property is beautiful and felt just like home - comfortable, private bedrooms with plenty of room to get away as well as wonderful gathering areas to sit around as a family. Especially loved the porch on the upstairs unit - many of us spent hours out there enjoying the view of the horse and buggies that would occasionally clip-clop down the street and the lush scenery. The property is just minutes walking distance from the heart of St. Augustine yet so peaceful and quiet inside with great parking! Our vacation here was so perfect and the accommodations so wonderfully clean and comfortable that we plan to make this trip a new annual tradition :) Communications with the owner were super easy and we really appreciated all the little touches that made this rental feel like "home" for the holidays!

An amazing stay in USA’s oldest city in a perfect home away from home!

We were traveling to celebrate our friend’s 50th in St. Augustine, FL and accidentally stumbled upon this property on VRBO!This cute little 2 unit apartment was absolutely the perfect place for our 2 night stay. The warm and welcoming unit was equipped with every possible item of necessity and the cleanliness deserves a special mention. Downtown was only a few minutes away. We never took out our car in the 45 hrs that we were in this magical city. The owner and manager were readily available to answer all our questions and to ensure that we had a super comfortable stay!I would highly recommend this property to anyone who wants to have a memorable and magical stay in St. Augustine! Thank you for being instrumental in helping us have the best 50th Birthday celebration for our friend. You can count on us for coming back soon

Fairytale wedding weekend

The property was everything we could have asked for. The location was within walking distance to St George Street and all the neat shops. We had plenty of parking spaces for the 5 vehicles that we had with us. The host checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. We look forward to our next family gathering in st Augustine and will plan our next trip around the availability of staying in this property..

Amazing property

This house was by far our favorite St Augustine property we have stayed at while on vacation. It was very clean, great layout and perfect location. We had a group of ten and had both floors. Not one single complaint about the stay. Marie was very prompt in getting back to us and even allowed us to check in early since we had a Flagler tour earlier in the day. It was a three block walk to the campus. The parking is plentiful (which is hard to find) and even with a few cars back there we still had plenty of room to hang out in our own outside area. The upstairs balcony was the perfect place for a morning cup of coffee and an afternoon cocktail. We would definitely stay here again.

Book it!

The property was great for multiple families traveling together! Marie is very responsive and you can't beat the location near town. Both units are updated with beautiful finishes, I highly recommend them!

Clean and awesome location

We rented both apartments. We were all extremely impressed with how clean it was. A lot of added touches provided by the host. Marie was very helpful the entire weekend. Communication was top notch. You cannot beat the location of the apartments. Everything is a 10 minute walk. Gated parking to make you feel secure. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you Marie!!
