It’s difficult to pick because our host and the owners were nice, responsive, and accommodating, the house had all of the amenities you could want, and the house was amazing.

We would stay here again!!! The views are stunning, the house is beautifully styled and VERY CLEAN! There are plenty of pillows on the beds and bath towels for everyone! We saw dolphins on repeat, a sea turtle and even a starfish! The location was great! You can see the Fort and St Augustine from the back porch(es). The house was fully equipped with all the kitchen necessities and the appliances worked great! It was even stocked with dishwasher pods and laundry detergent! The owner and the house manager were helpful and easy to communicate with. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautifull home!

This vacation home has everything! We loved being able to swim in the evening while watching all the boats go by. Some of us were swimming while others were fishing right off the dock. We caught lots of fish including sheepshead! Every space in this home is made for hanging out and relaxing. Plenty of tables for setting your drink on, towels and supplies! We really had fun playing basketball in the pool. The kids had a blast playing pool HORSE. The upper decks on the house were amazing. There were so many perfect spots for hanging out it was hard to choose where to chill. The house is clean and the beds were very comfortable! The owners and property manager were responsive and accommodating beyond expectations. I can not say enough good things about this rental home.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this beautiful waterfront home! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how spacious, comfortable, and well thought-out everything was. There was truly **tons of space** for everyone, and the house was stocked with everything you could possibly need. The abundance of towels was such a great touch, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and every detail made it feel like a home away from home.The **view was nothing short of spectacular** — waking up right on the water and enjoying the scenery throughout the day was unforgettable. One of our favorite parts was being able to look out and see **downtown St. Augustine and the fort**, which made the location even more special.Amber and Shanee were wonderful to work with — responsive, kind, and genuinely invested in making sure we had a perfect stay. Communication was seamless from start to finish. We loved this place so much that we are **already working out our next stay** and will *definitely* be back. We can’t recommend this home enough!

Close to everything. Loved the pool area. Watching the boats go by was a lot of fun.Can not wait to go back and enjoy again.
