We absolutely loved our stay here. Close to beaches, shopping, restaurants etc. 30 second walk to the pool. Security was pretty strict with the amount of noise at the pool, but was super nice about it. The unit was spotless. My only suggestion would be to upgrade the mattresses as they were fairly uncomfortable. This unit was probably the best stocked unit we have stayed in. The view from the lanai was beautiful. We will definitely be back!! Thanks for the wonderful hospitality.

Our Grand Champions Villas stay in Wailea, Maui

Our family enjoyed everything about Maui. The apartment was great, the surroundings beautiful and well maintained and the people so sweet and attentive. Aloha and Mahalo Maui for a wonderful vacation.

Great stay and location

This is an awesome location and the home had EVERYTHING you need for a short or an extended stay. The location is great as it’s close to everything you will ever need or look for from restaurants, to the beaches to golf etc. it’s right in the heart of everything so you WILL not be disappointed. We would stay here again.

An incredible stay!

This place was everything you could ask for! Two spacious bedrooms with their own bathrooms. Best location for accessing The Shops at Wailea and the best beaches in Maui. Views from the deck were amazing! If you’re looking for a place in Wailea that will reasonably priced with everything you need, this is it!

Wonderful stay!

Room was perfect for 2 couples. Great view of the ocean and sunsets.

Grand Champions Spring Break

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great condo for 3 adults and 2 kids. Close to beaches, shopping and restaurants. Well stocked kitchen, beach chairs. Only thing missing was a beach umbrella you could plant in the ground that most other places have.

Very good experience!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: You can see the sea from the balcony of this house, and it is very close to the swimming pool. Our children like it very much. In the morning we will have breakfast quietly on the balcony, looking at the sea view, which is great. The price is also affordable.

Aloha Vacation

Overall it was great! Would return again. Only issues were that the supply of Toilet Paper/Tissue Was inadequate for 4 people for 5 days. The request we made for additional supply’s took 1/2 a day to be delivered. Also, the ice trays leak and we’re both cracked and unusable.

Beautiful 5 night stay

This quiet top floor (of 3) condo unit was perfect for our group of 4. The unit was very clean, well equipped, and in a great location. Both beds were reported to be comfortable, bathrooms were spacious and private. We were especially pleased to find a kitchen with a blender, a rice cooker, plenty of plates/bowls/silverware, and lots of Tupperware for beach snacks! Parking was easy, even with 2 cars. Easy walking distance (about a mile) to a few beaches and just a short (2-5 mile) drive to all of south Maui’s best beaches. Restaurants, shopping, coffee, and groceries are all available within walking distance as well. Highly recommended.

We will be back!

Our family goes to Hawaii every summer. We used to go to Oahu when our kids were little and we have been going to Maui since last year. We really enjoyed spacious lanai and sunset from the balcony. It is nice and clean community and the shops are really close to our place. Kitchen, bathroom and beach equipment are well prepared. We left our beach noodles so people who stay after us can use it. We are already talking about our next trip to stay in same place. One suggestion- if guests can have small coffee pack to drink on first day- as a welcome treat ,that would be very appreciated. :)

Grand Champions 35

We very much appreciated getting in early. Thank you. Our plane arrived at 9:00am.The place is functionally good, though dated.The toilet in the master bedroom should be replaced.Knives were dangerously dull. Carpet was spotted, and needed shampooing. Also the welcome letter had the WiFi number wrong. We finally found the correct number on the QR code.We hope these suggestions will be taken as helpful, not in displeasure.One more thing, There should be an effort to neuter the numerous feral cats that live under the condos.Thank you, we enjoyed our stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family had a great stay in this vacation unit. The unit was very spacious with 2 bedrooms, a dining area/living room, and kitchen. The 2 bedrooms were connected to bathrooms and were both very comfortable. Each bedroom and living room had wall unit air conditioning and ceiling fans. The temperature in the unit was comfortable, even with the warm June weather. The kitchen had all of the needed appliances, plates, dishes, cups, and cookware. We enjoyed the coffee samples, chocolate and chips that were part of the welcome package. The unit had beach chairs, beach towels, and cooler that were great for our excursions. The living room furniture was very comfortable and we enjoyed the views from the balcony just outside the living room/one of the bedrooms.There were stairs to get to the unit, but the views of the beach were well worth it. I did not go to the pool, but my family did and enjoyed it. There was a nice mall nearby, but we ventured to Kihei quite a bit during our trip for meals. Overall, we had a great stay and would highly recommend Grand Champions 35 to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Maui.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very unhappy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Aloha JustiWhen we were told about the water leak at Nohonani 102, approximately 12 hours before our arrival, Debbie explained the situation and said we could stay at Grand Champions #35 for 2 to 3 nights and than go to Nohonani 102. I asked what other options we had and she had none. Upon our arrival at Grand Champions we were very shocked that we had to transport all our luggage and food up 3 flights of stairs. Than we learned that Nohonani 102 would not be available at all. We did look beyond CB Vacations inventory for another place to stay, but there was nothing with only a few hours notice. So in just 3 short days we managed to move down the 3 flights of stairs with all our belongings and the cold food into a hot car all before 10am. We asked Debbie if there was somewhere, anywhere, we could store our cold food until 4pm which was the earliest we could check in at Haleakala Shores, but there was “No Options”. One of the reasons we booked a condo (not a hotel) is we all love to cook. WE MADE DO AND SAVED OUR FOOD! JUST MORE TIME AWAY FROM OUR BEACH TIME AND OUR OTHER VACATION ACTIVITIES! DOES IT SOUND LIKE WE HAD ANY VACATION AT ALL!! You say you provide option(s) but not really. We were at the mercy of CB Vacations and really only had 1option!When we did arrive at Haleakala Shores the access code would not work. So we made a call but a new code did not work either. Had to wait for an agent to come and give us another final code. Again with bags of melting ice and cold food. Thank God there was a elevator there. We got a welcome email that asked if there was anything CB Vacations could do and we said yes, one beach chair was broken and unusable, we couldn’t find a can opener and a couple of other small things. No one got back to us until Friday,

Aloha Rene, We are so sorry to hear of your disappointment. Please understand and know the water leak that made Nohonani 102 unavailable was out side of our control. When these types of unforeseen events happen we do our best to respond promptly to which we did. Our options much as you mentioned when you looked outside our company were just as limited as well. Grand Champions is truly an amazing location but being it wasn't your first choice, we can see why this situation was frustrating. While the leak was not due to negligence or anything that has to do with the managing of it, we understand the inconvenience of what had to happen and offered adequate compensation for having to move. Halekala shores had a guest checking out the day you were set to check in. Our housekeeping team was till able to promptly get you into the unit well before the 4pm check in time. The code that we reissued was found to be working once the agent got the unit. It was determined you were typing in the code incorrectly. The day you messaged us about the chairs we had tried to call you to let you know we were working on getting one, and needed permission to enter. We responded to your 2nd that came after hours the following morning. You had declined when we offered to bring the items.

Awesome Unit to Stay in Wailea

The kitchen was fully stocked with Tupperware, plates, cutlery, bbq stuff, etc. The only down thing was they only had salt and pepper for seasoning. Location is great, 5 min drive to shopping, and 7 min to Wailea beach, ~10-15 min to South Kihei depending on location for some great eats. The pool was awesome for the kids and the hot tub was definitely hot. I would definitely rent this unit again.
