We had an amazing stay at this beachfront apartment! The views were absolutely stunning, and the condo has been updated since the photos were taken, making it even nicer than expected. The location is perfect, with restaurants and shops just a short walk away. There was plenty of space for our family, including a separate bathroom for the kids, which was a huge plus. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed during our stay. We loved every minute and can't wait to come back!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall—our condo was perfect. There were a few first world problems such as no pot holders, or dust pan, and only one larger frying pan, but the beds were nice and the water pressure was good! The balcony had the perfect view of the ocean from our morning coffee!

Beautiful, unobstructed view of the beach from the huge balcony! Big TV with tons of channels o n Dish and speedy Internet made the rainy time pass quickly. Host provided coffee starter packs, plenty of trash bags, and a lot of glasses and coffee cups. The pillows on the beds were a little thin, so I would recommend bringing you own. But the sheets felt good and the bed was comfortable!

Beach very accessible. They view was amazing. Roomy and comfortable but, wish the furniture was updated. Centrally located for food, shopping and activities.

Great location, great view

Location was excellent. Walking distance to The Hangout and shopping. The view from the balcony was awesome. The pool could have been a bit cleaner, but not too bad. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would definitely stay again.

The location was perfect. This isn't red carpet movie star hosting place. But, the location is top. It was perfect balance for my family with 2 teenagers. I would and am planning on a return trip!

We regret that your condo was not ready at 4:00, but it does say in the rental agreement that it could be as late as 6PM. Housekeeping does have a very busy schedule during the summer months, so they do run behind schedule at times. We do hope that you enjoyed your stay!

Condo needs updated

The area was exactly as described, condo its self needs a lot of updates. Sofa and chairs were really stained and the refrigerator racks were rusted and dirty. I always rent from Vrbo and have never been disappointed but this time it was a let down. Overall it was an okay stay.

The bed in the master slept wonderful and I could look out the large window in the morning to see the waves coming in. We had a great location just a block from the Hangout which was fun. The steamer was just around the corner as well. Our stay was a great experience.

Reviewer Comments: We love the location(walking distance to city park).The condo needs a deep cleaning (cabinets and blinds and under the beds, etc)and needs some upgrades(hood over the stove, refrigerator has some rust in the freezer)The washer makes a TERRIBLE noise when it is spinning; I'm surprised our neighbors didn't complain.(sounds like a subway train starting up)

Great Trip

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was great. The condo was really nice. The only thing that I might suggest is something is up with the AC in the condo. It was very humid and hot no matter what the AC was set to. Not sure if some humidifiers are needed or what. Since it was spring break it wasn’t bad, but during the summer months I feel like it would be too humid in that particular condo.
