Hi Andrew! We let you know ahead of time what we provide so you remember to pack things like beach towels and beach chairs. You did not let us know you were missing linens for the sleeper sofa or we would have brought them to you. Our owner's are not required to provide grills, however, this owner has replaced their grill and we removed the old one. We brought you the gym fob as soon as we received it from the association. They do not give us extras to keep on hand so we have to pick replacements up from them. Someone did go and look at the wi-fi and we had to call a MediaCom technician who could not be there immediately. We never said we had too many issues to work on your wifi. We did find your cooler and kept you updated as we sent it, we even waived our shipping fee for you. When we stated we needed to ask housekeeping about it you immediately accused us of stealing your cooler. The other side of this is our employees are human and not machines responding, so they responded in the same manner that they were spoken to, after repeated slurs. It is not our responsibility to return left items so it is not always sent out immediately which is why it took a couple days. We're glad you enjoyed this fabulous house.

Thank you, Erin, for the detailed review of this lovely home! This home had to be completely redone due to hurricane Sally damage, thus the outdated pictures. But, hopefully, it was a pleasant surprise! I apologize for the missing supplies. We do include in the rental contract what items are supplied along with suggestions on what our guests may want to bring. We would have gladly brought a broom and dustpan to you! I hope you are already planning your next trip back to our beautiful beaches!
