Great Location

Great location and a nice house. Everything was clean and just as described. Easy check in and check out. Owners were easy to deal with and responsive. We will be looking to go again in the future.

Wedding trip

This was a great location with easy access to the river. House was roomy with everything we needed. The outdoor decks were great places to hang out and visit. Our host Dino was quick to respond to any questions.

Family time

This was our first trip as “the elders” with growing family. We had a wonderful time. We floated the river and for some in our party, it was a first. This is definitely going to be a wonderful memory we will share for years to come.

Weekend getaway

We enjoyed our stay. Very clean. Nice views. Enjoyed floating in front of house. Bring your own tubes to chill in the water at the house. Only word of advise, bring some trash bags as there were none. Other than that perfect weekend

College Reunion

Very clean, comfortable amenities. Remote in living room needs batteries. Shower pressure was a little much, took some getting used to. The shower drained a little slow in both restrooms but other than that it was a perfect place for our stay!

Great Stay

We enjoyed this house from the second we walked in! It was very clean and nicely decorated! Great view of the river from the bottom and upper deck with adequate seating outside! Easy access to the river! We enjoyed our days just hanging out at the house/river! Grocery store is close by! Gruene was an easy 20 minute drive! Beds were extra comfortable, we usually never sleep well in other vrbos but we slept great here! House had everything we needed! Owner was very responsive. We will definitely stay here again!

Weekend Stay

Beds were comfy which is a big deal for us. Generally clean accommodations. Looks like the property is getting some updates, but some things still need to be tossed to make the place feel up to date. Old bath towels, old cookware, cheap coffee maker, dated patio furniture, and a cluttered garage, didn’t match the updated bedding and some of the other updates they have done. Some conveniences like shampoo, conditioner, bath soap we’re not provided and would have been really nice to have on hand. The guest bath would not drain, leaving us to all share the master shower. Access to the water was great. Overall we enjoyed our stay, but if I have to truly rate it against 5 star properties we’ve stayed at, it was just ok.

This is the first that someone mentioned dissatisfaction with our towels, cookware, coffee maker, etc. Sorry we did not meet your expectations. As instructions mentioned, we do not provide soap, etc and advised to bring your own preferences. This is the first we've heard from you regarding drain. As instructions mention, if there is anything wrong, please reach out and we would resolve ASAP. Again thanks for your feedback. We will address as we take pride in our home. Hope to see you again.
