Questa è una delle due case su questo grande pezzo di proprietà distanziato. C'è un sacco di spazio per espandersi e sentirsi come se fossi in campagna. Puoi sentire l'acqua che scorre sulle rapide e vedere la torre dell'acqua Gruene illuminata di notte. I cervi hanno l'abitudine di passeggiare attraverso il grande prato e persino di sdraiarsi quando il sole tramonta. Questa casa ha accesso al fiume ed è a pochi passi da Gruene. Great location. If you’re going to spend a lot of time at the house, the living room doesn’t have a ton of room but its an awesome location, very clean, with 6 beds that hold 2 people each, 2 full baths, and the porch is thoughtfully situated to always be in full shade with lots of seating, and the house has all the necessities. AC works great ;)

The house is in an excellent location right next to Gruene and the river. The check in and check out process was super smooth and Jaime handled all of our questions and requests quickly and without issue. Highly recommended. We would definitely stay here again.

Property is in a great location, walkable to historic Gruene area. It is very clean and could poteentially accompany a large family or two small families. Furniture and beds are older, pillows are on the lower/cheaper end, beds (at least the one we slept on) was very creaky and sunk a bit in the middle. We still enjoyed the experience, host was very responsive.

The place was very rustic and was exactly as advertised. Only drawback was bringing our own sheets, but that was minor. The access to the river was excellent. We did have to walk to the next lot for an easy entrance to the river, but it was easy enough and we started a two to three hour river float from there. Friends who didn’t wanna float picked us up at the exit… We saw lots of wildlife every morning in the backyard (fox & deer), the river was gorgeous, just a 10 to 15 minute walk to town for shopping /Gruene Dance Hall— we just loved it. It was a wonderful three day visit!

Great family getaway

Location was perfect.. home was comfortable and more than we expected! I will definitely make this a yearly trip! The access to the river was perfect!

Our vacation

We came for the Fourth of July to float the river and this was the perfect location! Close to everything and just the perfect amount of seclusion from the city! We loved the beautiful deer visiting us and we will for sure be booking here again!

We try to rent this house every year. It has a beautiful yard with a big porch, great location and just the perfect little place to stay. We love our time on the river!

We've stayed at this location a few summers and love the location. Good place to hang out and enjoy the scenery. Tons of deer just hanging out day and night. Always clean and everything works. We'll be back.

Very Helpful Owner!

We had a great time staying here! Close to entertainment and small water rapids. The AC did freeze up on our last night but the owner came immediately and got it working again. Great back porch and view! The owner responded to messages very quickly and was helpful. Thanks for a great stay!

This property was clean and well maintained. Beds where very comfortable. The kitchen has all the items we needed. The back porch was a wonderful place to sit talk and enjoy the wildlife that roam through the yard at night. This property is located within walking distance to downtown Gruene. I will definitely be staying here again

Great view

Really need more dishes and coffee mugs, for the price should have sheets and towels. It was a great cozy house with a beautiful location, and view of the river. Many deer show up at dawn.Overall we had a great weekend

Wonderful Location. Wonderful Home!

We had an amazing weekend at this location. It was a few couples of close friends and the accommodations of this rental were fabulous. No one felt smothered or on top of one another the entire weekend. The house was clean & in perfect location to both the river & downtown Gruene. Thank you!!

Annual Guadaloco Boys Toobin Trip

We've stayed here 2 years in a row. Love the deer roaming the property while having coffee in the morning on the covered back porch. River is a short walk down the backyard. We walked to dinner in Gruene and to Rockin R Bar. Its very quite here with no neighbors right on top of you. Good times, we'll be back next year!

A Porch Filled with Love

The setting is incredible, near enough to hear the music coming from across the river and to walk over to the shops and restaurants but sitting on the porch looking out at the huge pecan trees and the deer grazing, hearing the rapids below-one feels pure peace and privacy.Three generations for a long weekend was heavenly. We all loved it. The Hosts are very available and helpful. They made us feel so comfortable and at home. Beds are comfy, furnshings simple and just what is needed.

Wonderful Place

This cabin is the perfect location! We hung out on the property and swam in the river located in the backyard. We were able to walk to the toob rentals for floating and Gruene is within walking distance as well. This property is a must if you want to get away from city traffic and just enjoy nature and the river. But it’s close enough to your basic stores (Walmart, target, HEB) if you need to make a run for an item. Jamie and Lee were especially helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had. The house is in great shape and accommodated our group of 6 comfortably.

Our property is on five acres with river frontage, has been in the family for over 30 years, and is within walking distance to Gruene. We offer a simplistic atmosphere with the outdoors and location being the attraction. We offer our guests a clean, comfortable cabin that provides all you need to enjoy a stay away from home. We are excited to be able to offer families the opportunity to enjoy the beauty of the Guadalupe River and to have easy access to the fun and entertainment that Gruene, TX has to offer.

Perché ha scelto questa struttura

Our location is prime! We are centrally located in Gruene/New Braunfels which is equal distance to Austin and San Antonio. We have river access just above the rapids at the Gruene Bridge and easy walking to Gruene for great dining and shopping. Our location is perfect for summer activities and yet offers a lovely setting for the fall and winter months.
