Great place to stay

This place was very cool, very clean, has super comfortable beds, and a rooftop hot tub with a great view of the sunset. The location is also perfect. A 2 minute walk from the winter park resort shuttle, and lots of great restaurants.

Luxury Mountain Retreat

Really enjoyed this property, it was a much needed refreshing retreat from the world and would stay there again and again when time permits.

Easy to catch free shuttle to the mountain for skiing.

Great Property & Great Location!!

This property was great! A+ cleanliness!! Very close to many shops and eating places. Space was great for 7 people! Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

Ski trip weekend!

We had a lovely ski weekend in Winter Park!The house was perfect for our friends, there are a lot of stairs but there was room for our ski gear and the free parking garage is very close by! The company would message back quickly if we needed anything. Will definitely be back! :) the location is perfect in downtown winter park for going out and it’s minutes from the bus route.

Beautiful Place

It is an Amazing place and it had everything they promised.My only problem is that I and my mom could not handle the stairs so we never had a chance to use the hottub. But I loved the place otherwise!

Amazing super cool and modern three story townhome. New property with all amenities. Lots of stairs, but worth the views. Huge rooftop hot tub and entertainment space. Close / walking distance to in town dining. Easy highway access to other areas. Management super responsive.

Arrow 264 Winter Park

This place is fantastic! It is clean, very well stocked, and comfortable. The location is perfect for walking around town and driving to hiking or skying. We would return in a year when The construction just outside living room patio doors is complete. No air conditioning meant, open windows and patio doors, so noise and dust and diesel smell.

It did kick into high gear during your stay. Those town homes are going up fast though, so should be finished by next summer for a quieter stay.

Great Modern Townhouse!

We loved our stay at Arrow 264, the townhouse was brand new, gorgeous, modern with all the amenities. Steps to town and the bus stop as well which made our getting to and from the ski resort easy. The team was responsive and very kind, loved receiving the treats and gifts from them after a long day of traveling as well. We didn't want to leave.

Relaxing, Well-Equipped, Modern Home

This home was perfect for our Winter Park golf trip. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed, the bed linens were extremely cozy, and the rooftop hot tub was a crowd favorite. The rental company had great communication overall regarding check in and check out procedures as well as notifying us about the hot tub being serviced. My one frustration was the communication regarding a review of our stay. During our second to last day at the property, the company messaged me asking for a review, and when I did not respond they texted me again 30 minutes later. It felt a bit pushy and invasive. I am more than happy to write a great review but not during my vacation time.

Great experience in winter park!

Property is as described. Clean, well supplied. Gorgeous view from rooftop hotub. Nicely decorated. Upper end appliances , TV's, etc. There was construction in the lot near property ..very noisy every morning beginning at 7am.. Hopefully this will resolve in future. Only negative is there is a glass piece on top of table behind couch. We bumped into it often..scraping our legs, etc. I could see where a small child could easily harm themselves on this. The glass appears much too long for the table and could pose danger to younger children...but that's up to property owner to decide.

So sorry for those bumps from the glass table top. The owner has scaled down the glass for a flush fit, so no more poking out.
