The dock offers a 12’ x 38’ slip with a V-Hull 8000# lift, a second 12’ X 20’ slip with no lift, 3 kayaks and a PWC lift as well! There is a nice uncovered swim dock with a slide for the kids and a nice Wet Steps ladder making easy access in and out of the lake. For the fishermen in your group, a nice stainless-steel fish cleaning station is provided to filet all the fish you catch while visiting beautiful Lake of the Ozarks.

Location, Location, Location: This house is located at the 36 mile marker in beautiful Sunrise Beach, and is near many popular restaurants and lakefront bars including Captain Ron’s, famous for being home of the Lake Ozark Shootout, a very popular annual event occurring the last weekend in August traditionally.
