Affacciato su campi verdi adiacenti alla Missione del Carmelo del XVIII secolo e una spiaggia oltre lo studio "Tuckaway", offre viste più che accattivanti. Dietro un cancello del giardino, attraverso il tuo ingresso privato si trova un luminoso rifugio accogliente e tranquillo. Questo monolocale ecologico immacolato ha un comodo letto matrimoniale con lenzuola di lusso, acqua filtrata e viene pulito con prodotti biologici.

I pavimenti in hickory e i tappeti orientali di Tuckaway, recentemente rinnovati, sono solo alcuni degli esempi della nostra attenzione ai dettagli. Nuovi ripiani in granito in cucina e bagno con tutti i nuovi infissi e pavimento in pietra nel bagno.

Vieni e lasciati incantare nei giardini paesaggistici con una panchina coperta che è molto privata. I giardini includono una fontana illuminata, oltre 1.200 piedi quadrati di patio in mattoni intarsiati personalizzati con vista sull'oceano e sulla spiaggia. Pozzo del fuoco in mattoni / gas personalizzato in legno / gas, salotti in teak e un divano per godersi il sole o la sera con piante autoctone e illuminazione a bassa tensione ben posizionata che emette un bagliore speciale. Recintato in cortile privato per te e il tuo animale domestico!

Bill was attentive and helpful. We particularly enjoyed the outside patio area and ocean view from the high top table and chairs. The home was quiet, and the bed was comfortable. Downtown Carmel was very close, we went to Mission Ranch for dinner more than once, it is less than 5 minutes away. This was great for a long weekend stay for two people.

Perfect location! The owner could not have been more accommodating! Showing us around and giving us tips in where to go. Grounds were beautifully maintained and lots of books to enjoy! And everything we wanted to do is only 5-15 minutes away. Warning: we WILL be back! Loved it!

My husband and I enjoyed this lovely studio immensely with its beautifully maintained surroundings and private patio. Tons of privacy and a view of the ocean in the distance. The owner, Bill, was so accommodating and hands-on with our needs. Minutes away from all kinds of amenities. We highly recommend this special little gem. Very pet friendly too. We truly think you won’t be disappointed!

The Tuckaway was a truly magical property. We will never forget it! Bill did an incredible job when we arrived of explaining the very unique property and building as well as the surrounding area. The garden is just otherworldly. We so enjoyed happy hour there at the end of every day as well as meditating in the peaceful beauty. Highly recommend! Five minutes into town for phenomenal meals and shopping as well.

The owner was very kind, accommodating, and quiet, and the space was clean and comfortable. That said, the listing could be a bit clearer — the 1200 sf refers to the patio, not the interior (which is about 500–600 sf), it’s a finished walkout basement suite with a dedicated private entrance while the owner lives above. We enjoyed our stay, but clearer details would have helped set expectations.

The property was amazing! The yard was extremely spacious and was great for our dogs to run around. The location of the home is perfect as it is right off the Route 1, but far enough so there is no noise pollution. Additionally, it is just minutes away from downtown Carmel and nearby shopping plazas. Check-in was a breeze and the room and bed was the perfect size for me, my wife, and my 2 dogs.

Amazing spot!

The plicate patio was to die for! Calm, quiet, and peaceful. A tranquil getaway. It felt private from the main house. Bill was very helpful and met us at check in to show us the keys and give us a tour.

Cozy hills hideaway in the Carmel-by-the-Sea area. Perfect for the two of us, and the listing was exactly as pictured. Lovely grounds/landscaping/views to enjoy, and easy access for everything we wanted to do in the area. Bill (host) gave us great recommendations for restaurants, etc., and was very thorough during the check-in process.

I created the 'Tuckaway'the Gem of Carmel, because I wanted to offer a Special, Private,Clean & Romantic place where people could come and Relax and truly feel like they were getting away from it all. The Hardwood floors are of hand scraped Hickory Pecan & Walnut with oriental rugs,all new cabinets & light fixtures as well as a stacked Mieie Washer & Dryer.There is an Ocean view Custom Inlaid Brick Patio area with Teak coushion Chaise Lounges, great two person Hammocks as well as a Brick Gas/Wood burning fire Pit! There is also a designated off street parking space for the 'Tuckaway' All of this and close to Downtown Carmel-By-The-Sea!

At the 'Tuckaway' you are within walking distance to the 'Carmel Mission Trail Park' that is a walking trail to downtown Carmel with plenty of Shops and Restaurants as well as the Beautiful sandy beachs of Carmel-By-The-Sea.It is only a few minutes drive to the Beautiful State Park known as 'Point Lobos'located right on the Pacific Ocean !There are numerous Wine tasting rooms as well as Vineyards within a short drive, and the Finest Golf Courses in the Country. Just 10 minutes away is the Well known Monterey Fishermans Wharf and Stienbeck Cannery Row with many gift shops & restaurants!
