Myself and group of friends are annual guests of this condo. We love the amount of bedrooms/bathrooms for our group of 6. The walkability to everything historic Gruene has to offer can't be beat. Our host Elisa has been extremely accommodating to any requests and she responds in a very timely manner. We hope to be returning for many years to come!

The location couldn’t be better — you can easily walk (and enjoy a drink) to everything in Gruene. The front door is just steps from the elevator, which made bringing in food and luggage very convenient. The large patio was relaxing and offered great views. Overall the place was clean and comfortable, just a couple of minor issues kept me from giving it 5 stars on cleanliness. I would definitely stay here again and would absolutely recommend it to others.

We truly enjoyed this place in the downtown Gruene area. Everything was accessible and easy to walk to including restaurants, shops, and just the view of the river itself. The place was spread out with plenty of space, bathrooms, and a beautiful view off the back deck. If you’re looking for something simple and nice in downtown, this is a great place. The pool would be a bonus as things warm up.

GREAT location! Walking distance to all Gruene has to offer. Spacious rooms and plenty of room for our family gathering. Loved it!

Our room was clean and well organized. The kitchen had more than enough supplies to cook and eat with. Living room was spacious and the furniture was comfortable with plenty of seating available. My only issues were one of the bedrooms that goes onto the deck, sliding glass door was sealed unable to use to get to the deck. Washing machine didn’t spin well leaving clothes wetter and took long time to dry. Lastly, if playing pool is important to you for your stay, the pool table is in really bad shape.Otherwise, the location was phenomenal! The host was easy to communicate with, even let us check in early. We walked to the shops, restaurants, and Gruene Hall every day we were there. I would highly recommend this place to stay!!!

The place was great and very roomie. The view off the back was really pretty. Easy access to the shops; walking distance! So magical this time of year! It’s like a little hallmark town. We loved it:)

This was the perfect rental in walking distance to restaurants, shopping and live music. The amenities were perfect for the 8 of us who stayed and will definitely return in the future.

The property worked great for our family, in town for our daughter’s wedding. The unit was large and roomy and the location in Gruene was excellent.

Mother daughter trip

There was 8 of us and this place was absolutely perfect !! Perfect location and plenty of room ! Very clean and host was great at responding to any questions. We will definitely stay here again if ever in Gruene.

Great location

Nice, clean condo right in the middle of Gruene. It worked great for our large group as we could all come and go as we pleased and walk to lots of cute shops and restaurants. The pool is great for cooling off and the river access was nice to have.

Large and spacious accommodations

Perfect for large family or friends gathering. Located within walking distance of all things Gruene. Pool and river access if you want it. Host was exceptional and lightning quick with responses.

Perfect location and layout

You never know for sure if the listing and photos are doing the property justice. This place is awesome. Super clean, amazing space and literally steps from everything in historic Gruene. Highly recommend!! Only improvement we would suggest is fixing the pockets on the pool table and maybe some new pool sticks.

This was our annual family vacation held somewhere different every year . This was a great location within walking distance to shops and restaurants. A few miles to schlitterbahn and river raft rentals . The pool table was a nice touch also . Lots of room on the patio deck for everyone (16 of us )

Great spot in Gruene

Place was excellent for a large family weekend. Location couldn’t be better! Beds were very comfy! Balcony is perfect with amazing views. Living room furniture is a tad worn but not bad and the fact that is was a very large sectional couch made it so everyone had a spot. Closets were locked in the bedrooms which was strange but totally fine. Pool table was so fun. We loved it here and will be back!

Spacious Property and Walkable Location

We enjoyed the ample space since traveling with relatives. Everyone had privacy and room for the kids to roam. Ideal location to walk the small neighborhood with access to a variety of shops, restaurants and etc. The only concern was the railings on the balcony. Several were loose and on the verge of breaking. We had a 2, 4, and 6 year old and didn’t really get to enjoy that space due to the safety concern. Otherwise, great layout and space for multi families or groups.
