Sandy Craic (gaelico per "momenti divertenti" e pronunciato "crack") si trova nella parte anteriore del resort. Ha una vista sul mare e sulla piscina. È direttamente di fronte all'ingresso della piscina e solo una breve passeggiata per la spiaggia.

Sandy Craic è stato recentemente ristrutturato: nuovo accesso laterale, completo di patio / area barbecue e doccia chiusa. Abbiamo rifinito il legno duro, riverniciato, installato nuove piastrelle, aggiornato la lavatrice e l'asciugatrice e acquistato nuovi materassi per i letti king e queen.

La casa è molto spaziosa, composta da oltre 2400 piedi quadrati. Ognuna delle 4 camere da letto ha il suo mazzo privato, completo di mobili da giardino. La casa è stata arredata in modo professionale, pensando al comfort e alla comodità. Pavimenti in parquet o piastrelle in tutta la casa.
La zona giorno ha tre comodi divani in pelle. La sala da pranzo ha un grande tavolo, che può ospitare 10-12 persone, con posti a sedere aggiuntivi al bancone. La cucina è completamente attrezzata, con elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, ripiani in granito e stazione di caffè. La camera da letto al primo piano ha un nuovo lussuoso materasso matrimoniale, accesso privato al bagno e una terrazza privata. Una lavanderia e un bagno completano questo livello.

Al secondo piano, abbiamo una camera per bambini, che ha 2 letti a castello (due letti separati), un divano letto matrimoniale e un bagno privato. Questa stanza è molto spaziosa. C'è anche una camera familiare a questo livello, composta da un altro set di cuccette e un letto matrimoniale con un nuovo materasso di peluche. Il bagno principale ha una doccia a pioggia e una vasca da giardino. Puoi divertirti a trascorrere serate pigre sul ponte privato.

Finalmente al terzo livello abbiamo un'altra camera da letto matrimoniale, con letto matrimoniale e un nuovo materasso di peluche. C'è anche un divano di grandi dimensioni, che può essere convertito in un letto se necessario, o semplicemente per sedersi e godersi un buon libro. C'è un bagno privato con vasca attrezzata. Ci sono fantastiche viste sul mare dal ponte privato della camera da letto.
Dall'altra parte della sala c'è un ponte coperto, con mobili da giardino imbottiti, così puoi rilassarti comodamente. C'è anche un mobile bar con frigorifero, a questo livello, per vostra comodità.

C'è una selezione di biciclette gratuite, diverse sedie a sdraio, galleggianti e teli da mare forniti per la vostra comodità.

Best location for the beach!

We had a great trip! The location of this house is perfect for walking to restaurants and only 3 minutes from the beach. We also loved sitting by the pool. Would definitely stay here again!

Rooms are so spacious, All amenities we needed, chairs for beach, beach towels, umbrella, soft cold pack. Excellent location to pool, tram and beach. House is in the perfect location to reach all of the shops by bike or tram. We would definitely book again!

Perfect Paradise

This home was amazing. It was perfectly located in the community with easy access to the beach, pool, shops and dining. Plenty of space and beds for our family and friends to enjoy our vacation. Lisa was extremely responsive to questions and a wonderful host. We’d love to stay here again.

Family Vacation

We had a very nice vacation. We were 60 steps from the pool and a 5 min walk to the beach. The house was very nice and roomy for 6 adults and 6 children including a 5 month old. Very close to the square where ice cream, pizza, crepes and star bucks were available.

The property was great. The location in the Seacrest neighborhood was perfectly situated on the beach side of the neighborhood and across the street from the pool. Also, just a couple blocks from the shops. The house was clean and they provided plenty of towels for the 9 of us. The kitchen is small but well stocked and the grill was very nice. Overall, the house was perfect for our group.Highly recommend going to the beach at sunset. Beach is much less crowded and the sunsets were amazing.

Great stay over Memorial Day!

This house is amazing! Short walk to the beach, and the house is right across from the pool. Our 79 year old mother stayed with us and was able to walk from the house to across the street to the beach. The house has everything you can think of to make the stay enjoyable, beach towels, beach chairs for sunsets at the beach, beach toys, cooler, spices in the pantry and extra sandwich bags. We definitely would book again!!! Thank you!

Winter Stay

We visited Sandy Craic in February 2024. The property was great, it was clean, spacious, had everything we needed and in a great location. Lisa was very helpful when one of the appliances stopped working. She even gave us valuable advice as we were looking at a few properties to purchase in the neighborhood. We'd highly recommend Sandy Craic or any of Lisa's properties!

Family vacation 2022

The location of this property is perfect! It’s very close to the pool, but also an easy walk to the beach or tram ride. The house was perfect for our family, especially young kids! There were plenty of beach chairs and sand toys for everyone. Location was also very close to some of the shops and live music at nice which was very nice. Unfortunately we ran into an issue with the electric but the owner was readily available to answer us and get it fixed which we appreciated! When you have young kids and go on vacation it’s really all about them, and when it was time to go they did not want to leave and since have asked to go back to “the red house”. Would definitely recommend booking this property and hopefully will book again in the future!

Busy week- lots of amenities

The house was amazing and had literally everything we needed except extra TP. The beach was PACKED, this was the biggest bummer of the trip. There is only about 100 yards of beach space and since we were there on our fall break trip so we’re hundreds of other families. The kids didn’t have much breathing room for beach activities. The pool was on and off busy, but since the pool is soo huge it is easy to find some space to play and lay on chairs. However this pool is huge and was chilly for adults and even the kiddos so it somewhat hampered the amount of time we stayed at the pool. We love this area but would definitely pick a different time of year to visit.

Our stay exceeded our expectations! The location was perfect—being so close to the pool, beach, local shops, and family-friendly activities made everything so convenient.We especially appreciated all the thoughtful extras you provided- like the extra towels, beach gear, condiments, linens, and games. Those little touches really made us feel at home and added so much to our experience. Your home was warm, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The bedrooms are very spacious and clean. We enjoyed having the extra beds in some of the rooms to accommodate for more people and sleeping. The house balconies, living spaces and dining room made for great gatherings and peaceful morning coffee time. Thank you again for your kindness and hospitality. We truly hope to keep in touch, and the next time my family visits the area, we’d absolutely love to stay in your home again.Take care, and thanks again for helping make our vacation so memorable!

Great Experience

The house was great, an abundance of towels, both for hte house and beach, chairs, beach toys and primo location for the pool. The check in process was so easy and it was nice for the house to be ready when we got there a little early. Would stay here again and again if headed to Seacrest! The only downfall (and it worked out fine) is when i got the confirmation and check in stuff it kept mentioning bikes are locked up and feel free to use them. The policy to provide bikes had changed and we were fine to go rent them, so this slight hiccup was the only thing

Rosemary Beach Did Not Disappoint

Fantastic time for our family. This beach house was clean had a great kitchen and dining areas worked for our family. Sleeping and living areas allowed people to feel like they were home. The Town square of Rosemary was in walking distance and the stores and restaurants were unique. The beach was beautiful. As the title states: Rosemary Beach did not disappoint.

Thanksgiving get away for family

We arrived and felt right at home. Nice accomodations for family and all utincils needed for preparing Thanksgiving dinner. Good floor plan and very functional for family of 8. Could have held more. But for older grandchildren and children, space was just fine. Was so nice to be able to communicate with owner. I would stay here again. From Dallas/Fort Worth, TX.

Best location- book now

This home was in a fabulous location. Short walk to the beach even with infant and beach stuff in tow. The kids loved being directly across from the pool. We walked to the Village shops and restaurants daily. This house was the perfect setup and well stocked for a stress free stay. We had two families with children ranging from 3months-8 years. Very safe and family friendly environment!! I would definitely stay here again.

Did not disappoint!!

This beach home exceeded our expectations. Dont overpack because the house already has plenty of stuff for day to day living. Kitchen has plenty of cookware, basic seasonings ect.. Nice new gas grill. We only used the shuttle one time because the beach walk was so easy. Fantastic location right in between Alys Beach and Rosemary.

Wonderful Home!

Great home in a great location. Couple steps to the pool & short walk to the beach. Tram pick up right across from our house. Home was stocked with garbage bags, dishwasher tabs, spices, soap & cleaning supplies. Plenty of coffe makers, all dishwear is labeled & clean. Bikes provided, chairs & even kid bikes. Overall a great stay. Would absolutely rent this home again. 😊

Amazing place, location, and service

We've come to seacrest now 4 years. This is our first time staying in a house and we absolutely loved our stay! Multigenerational family trip, great proximity to the pool and beach. The owner is super responsive to inquiries and gave us great preparation in advance of our stay.

We choose Seacrest Beach because of the quality of the development, the huge lagoon pool, the tram service, the entertainment and the selection of restaurants and shopping close by. The location and spaciousness of the house was an added bonus!

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

The house is so convenient to the pool, just to be able to walk across the street is ideal. Not to mention the white sandy beach, which is only a few minutes stroll away.
