Love to have you back anytime. Our home is definitely made for large and multigeneration families with private decks and spaces for all to enjoy and then come together in the common area. It looks like you were able to take advantage of the pool, beach and shops in Alys and Rosemary Beach flanking us with lots of biking and walking:)

Thank you for allowing my family and me to create such wonderful, everlasting memories at your rental property. This place truly exceeded our expectations! It was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and conveniently located.We especially enjoyed the convenience of taking the tram to and from the shopping area and the beach. It made getting around so easy and added even more enjoyment to our stay.P.S. The host was extremely kind, responsive, and attentive to all of our needs. We truly appreciated the hospitality and felt very welcomed throughout our stay.Thank your, for helping make our family trip so memorable! We would absolutely love to stay here again.

Always wonderful to have our guests enjoy our happy place as much as we do😌We live the tram being right outside of our home and our close access to the pool! Making memories is always so special and the beach with relaxation and no stress is a great place to make them !!

Amazing home and perfect for large families. Wonderful location - close walk to the beach and pool, Alys beach and Rosemary. Best location in 30A for families. The house was very clean, well stocked and very well maintained. Our family of 8 loved it and can’t wait to come back!

I stayed in this home with a few families and we all found the property to be very nice. The location is great is you’re not far from the main drag and easy to get to a lot of restaurants, shopping, and the beach The amenities that the owner provides are also very nice

We adored this cutest house! It slept my growing family so comfortably and felt so cozy! We loved the short walk to the beach and most charming neighborhood! Would definitely love to stay here again! It was perfection!

Loved our stay.

We loved staying here. The house is beautiful and we loved the area that it is located. It had everything we needed. It is a close walk to the beach as well. Would definitely come back.

Beautiful home!

We came down for SALLFEST. Windows By the Sea is a beautiful, well appointed home with everything you need to enjoy your stay. The master suite is amazing. All the beds are super comfy. Best house I have stayed at in the area.

Great location - very close to pool and tram stop. Just a few blocks walk to the beach! Nice supply of beach gear in the shed for use. Nicely stocked kitchen. Internet connection was in and out the week we were there. Did get a slow response from owner/property manager more than once; but they did get back to us. Everything was clean; but property could use a "deep-clean" and maybe some furniture refresh. We would definately stay here again. So many good things about this property; a few that could be improved (but not a big deal - didn't affect our stay at all).

Great Location

Great Communication with the owner! Kitchen is stock with everything you could ever need! All of the appliances/kitchen gadgets are like new! Love the location is close to the front of the neighborhood making it an easy walk to the pool & beach.

Great Rental!

My family and I had a blast at Windows By The Sea! Great location, near the pool and the beach. Plenty of room for my wife and I, and our 3 teens, to spread out and relax. The owners were accommodating and responsive. We will come back on our next visit.

Great Fall Break

The house was beautiful and spacious. There was a very short walk to pool and short walk to the beach. We were close to bike rentals and food. We didn't stay long enough to enjoy all there was to offer like the fire pit but would definitely recommend this rental.

Great House for large groups

We had 3 families and plenty of space. Close to pool, beach and town. Had a slight issue with cable but Ron the maintenance guy was there in no time and stayed while cable company repaired. Thanks!

Exceptional property. Superior service from property manager. Comfort away from home. You won't be disappointed. One of my friends booked the property for her family before we left our trip!

Lovely Vacation Home

The house was beautifully decorated and located near restaurants. The kitchen was fully stocked with all cooking utensils. The owner added extra welcoming touches to the home like bath products (shampoo, lotion and soap), and dishwasher and laundry detergent. The weather was cool and rainy during our week there but we loved the remote-start gas logs that made the home warm and cozy while playing a game of Apples to Apples with the children.

Simply lovely

The property was so lovely. It truly made us feel like we were at home. They had anything and everything you could possibly want or need. Every item in the house from the furnishings to the wall decorations was picked out with care. The kitchen had everything you needed or wanted. We truly loved all of the sun porches and that fabulous top room that was sunny and bright! Truly this is a place built for family!

Spring Break 2021

We had a great stay at Windows By The Sea. We had four moms each with a 15 year old boy. Each mom had there own bedroom and bath and the boys stayed in the bunk room. There was plenty of room for everyone. Beds were comfortable and the house was spacious. The location of the house was perfect ... close to the pool and just inside the development. The house had everything we needed and we had a great time!

Wonderful week!

We had such a great week staying in Windows By The Sea! It is a beautiful, spacious home and we loved dining together and spending time together on the porches. The shuttle is very convenient, but we didn't use it much because the walk to the beach is pretty short and easy. The owner is great to work with and was very responsive to all of our questions. Our only complaint is that the love seat sleeper in one of the bedrooms is not very comfortable, especially for an adult. All in all, it was a wonderful place to spend a week with all of our grown kids and to celebrate the engagement of one of them! We would definitely stay there again! Thank you, Debbie!!

Awesome

135 Dolphin Loop, seemed almost too good to be true, but everything was absolutely perfect as described. Debbie and Art are some of the most thoughtful, and gracious hosts. They provided us with all the information we needed in order to have the perfect experience. The kitchen contains everything needed which was very convenient. Beds are comfortable, bathroom, patio, and balcony are excellent. Location is incredible. The guide book had a multitude of restaurants and many attractions with extravagant recommendations and was of great help. Debbie and Art went above and beyond average standards to make our long-weekend comfortable and memorable. The thing I would suggest is a game table. Rating 9.5/10 Highly Recommended Malachi Lyman

Wonderful House

This house is amazing… Debbie, the owner, did not cut corners on anything. Everything from spices in the cabinet to Kcups for the 2 Keurigs. The only thing that we couldn’t get to work was the 3rd floor mini frig but I never contacted the owner… plus we really didn’t need it. The kitchen is well stocked with everything. It rained a couple days, but the covered front porch was wonderful. The pool is clean, beautiful and gigantic. The one thing that was disappointing was the chair rental company takes up 3 rows of this beach which is about 80% of what you have access to and unfortunately beaches to the right and left are private. We ended up driving about 2 miles down the road to South Walton Public beach which was lovely with free parking. All and all a great trip!!

Family Beach Vacation

Overall we were pleased with our stay and had a wonderful family vacation. The house is beautiful and well stocked with everything you need! It was SO nice to be able to do laundry along the way too. A few mishaps...There was a miscommunication with the check in process...but we were able to adjust around it. Our biggest struggle was the A/C in one of the 2nd floor bedrooms. By the last day of the trip, we think we may have found the problem but it was frustrating. The ice maker in the fridge was either not working or VERY slow to work and that was another pain point. And there were silver fish on the upstairs pull out couch. However, Debbie (the owner) was VERY responsive to our concerns and overall the house was gorgeous and perfect for our family vacation. We had a wonderful time and honestly...I would stay here again!! It is a PERFECT location!!!

The pictures didn’t do this place justice. The ceilings were high. The rooms were spacious, and the furnishings were excellent. It was plenty of room for our family of six. We could’ve housed four or five more people, easily and comfortably. The kitchen had every utensil, utility and appliance you could want. The location was close to the front and convenient to everything. The pool is only about two minutes walk away. would reserve again.
