Brand new. Nothing like it. Five bedrooms (including large bunk room that sleeps 7) FIVE BATHS! Stay at the Brixen Ivy Ranch and enjoy all of our amenities as well as Galena territory owners club. Great floor plan with large great room, amazing views of rolling hills. Giant game room with pool table, table tennis, pop a shot, bunk room for 6, in addition to four more large bedrooms. Fire pit, hike the Shark trail or others on the 300 acre ranch. Access to ball field, llamas, peacocks. Great family escape with lots of fresh air and room to "social distance" :). Large HOTTUB on Large patio deck and screened in porch with outdoor television.

Great big home. Lots of space for everyone. We had a family vacation complete with kids and grandkids and it was the perfect place. Thing for all ages, For inclement weather, plenty of space to play games, screens for movie streaming, or hang out and play some pool or ping pong. On the nice days, everyone loved the animals, soccer and baseball fields for open play time or hang out close by and play close to house. Downtown Galena is about 20 minute drive so more entertainment options are close. Most days we made breakfast and dinners in the well-stocked kitchen. Joe was very responsive for any needs we had with the property. Thank you for an amazing place to stay for our family.

Couldn't have asked for a better extended weekend with the kids and grandkids. If you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, this is the place! The animals (especially Luke-the-Llama) were a hit with the younger ones. The golf course was a hit with EVERYONE. And the fishing pond was a nice break for me when everyone was still in bed early in the morning. I was surprised by the size of the large mouth bass. We were constantly pulling in 2 pounders, while the grandkids were catching bluegill often enough to keep their attention for more than 2 minutes. A bunch of fun! Just roaming the grounds through the many cut paths was extremely relaxing.I'd be remiss if I didn't give a shoutout to Joe. A wonderful gentleman with a passion for his work. Thank you Joe!

The house was great for our size family. We had 14 people and plenty of room. Joe the farm hand was great he met us on arrival and explained everything we needed to know.We would stay here again.

This property was exactly what we'd hoped for. The home was the perfect size for all 14 of us with lots of room to spread out. The location was amazing with beautiful views, nature all around, a fishing pond a few steps from the home. Hiking trails led to a farm where the kids had a great time feeding and petting the animals. Everyone enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub. That said, there were a few things that could be improved upon. The home wasn't quite ready for guests. When we arrived, some items were not put away. The ranch-hand who was very attentive, gave an overview. Then we discovered that there were several wasps in the family room. He took care of it right away along with a few other items that needed attention. The host then showed up to take care of a few things. He was not very communicative. This all should have been done before we occupied the home. It was disruptive as everyone was arriving and trying to settle in. For the most part, the kitchen was well appointed with the essentials except for silverware. There were only 4 spoons and barely enough forks for 14 people. No oven mitts. There was no booklet about the area or how to find Galena Owners Club that allowed us to use the indoor pool. We had to research directions and call to to get hours and if towels are provided. The bathrooms were missing shampoo, conditioner, body wash/bath mat. The ranch-hand quickly accommodated. Also not enough towels in bathrooms. With those fixes, I'd definitely stay there again.

A group of 12 stayed on this beautiful and clean property for a weekend. Three families comfortably fit in the house with room to spare. We also had the pleasure of walking the trails and interacting with the animals on the ranch. Thank you for a memorable weekend!

Beautiful home and ranch

We stayed here for a long weekend to ski nearby at Chestnut Mountain. The house was perfectly comfortable for three families with children. The surroundings are gorgeous.

Lovely unique place to stay

We loved our stay here - we surprised my mother in law for the weekend with the whole family & had a fantastic time! The property is gorgeous & Joe the property manger was extremely friendly & helpful. I highly recommend it & we will be back!

We had a lovely stay! We loved fishing at the pond, and hiking around the beautiful property. The house was well maintained and was easy to call home for our stay. Our host, Mark, was super responsive to anything we needed! My kids are begging me to book again next year. Would definitely return!

Great spot

Great quiet location, beautiful property with a lot of trails and things to see. Not far from the clubhouse and downtown Galena. Highly recommend for any family or group.

Great family relaxing getaway

Just an absolute beautiful views from a family friendly home complete with game room and hot tub. Really emjoyed the trails and beautiful sunset over the pond. Great communication during the stay with property manager and owners.

Golf trip stay

Our golf friend group organized a stay at this house and played golf around the Galena area. The golf was great and the house was even better! Lots of space for sleep, yard games, grilling, and hanging out. The host was very helpful with golf and made the check in process easy. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Nice escape in the country 20-25 min from downtown Galena

Nice home and views. Joe, the property manager was friendly and great. A good place for a family or a 2-3 couples to get together to unplug. Really nice place if you are looking to be out of the way.
