Great family property

The property was a great place for our family. The house has plenty of space for everyone and all the amenities you need for your stay. The host is very helpful and makes the stay easy and comfortable.

Thank you for a most enjoyable stay it was an excellent location for our family wedding at Oak Hill. I would highly recommend this Home for family and her friend rentals. Everything about this was just perfect thank you for letting us stay at your gorgeous home.

We had a great time at this property. Members of our group enjoyed the pickleball court. We also enjoyed the pool. There are some hiking trails in the area that people enjoyed and it even got cooler our last night so we could use the fire pit. It is close to Galena and guest can go over and shop or walk around. As with any property, occasionally things can require maintenance. We had a minor issue in one of the three showers. We contacted the host and she was very attentive to our request and took steps to rectify the issue immediately. It was fixed with very little hassle and we were back to enjoying our stay. I highly recommend this place.

Fantastic 4th Weekend Home

We had a fantastic stay over the 4th of July weekend with three families sharing the home. The house was spacious and thoughtfully stocked with essentials like toilet paper, paper towels, and plenty of bath towels—which was so appreciated with a large group!The layout is perfect for multiple families, offering both privacy and great communal spaces. The bunk rooms on the lower level were a huge hit with the kids, giving them their own space to hang out and sleep.Our friends visiting from Texas and California fell in love with the charm of Apple Canyon Lake. The Texans especially loved relaxing in the 3-seasons room—it was a perfect spot for morning coffee or evening chats.We’d absolutely recommend this home and would not hesitate to book again!

The house and property were beautiful. Bedrooms on three different levels gave a nice degree of separation for our kids and grandkids. The pool at Apple Canyon Lake was a wonderful place for the kids (and adults) - also lots of shaded seating options. Pizza from the nearby Pro Club the first night we arrived was great.The kitchen was well-stocked (very generously) with basic staples, lots of dishes, glasses, pans, etc.We enjoyed several meals seated at the two picnic tables on the deck, and the kids enjoyed playing bags, blowing bubbles, chasing fireflies in the yard.Host Kat's helpful replies to ALL my inquiries before, and during, our stay were appreciated. Thank you for a great stay.
