What a fun and beautiful home on the Lake!! So convenient to everything "Clemson" though secluded for privacy and relaxation! We traveled with young adults and they loved every inch of this home! The porches, the fire pit, the 2 LARGE TV's and even UNO! We hope to return next year!

This home was great for our large group. It's very peaceful with a beautiful view of Clemson across the lake. We hope to rent it again in the future! The hosts were amazing and responsive to our questions. It was a fantastic experience and stay in Clemson.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay for a Clemson game weekend! The house was perfect for our family. Our daughter loved all the space to run and the big backyard. We definitely plan to return!

Beautiful lakefront home

Excellent location just quick drive to Clemson University. Very private and comfortable house! Two living rooms, spacious kitchen, and beds and pillows were very comfy too! Would gladly stay again!

Family stay for summer graduation

We loved the home and rented a boat for the amazing dock on the lake! It was absolutely perfect for a family visit to attend our son’s Clemson graduation. Location on the lake is prime, so close to campus and accommodations were perfect.

Fabulous location, great views on the lake.

The house was perfect for Clemson parents weekend, although we weren't there as much to enjoy everything it had to offer the convince of getting to campus was fantastic. The house was very clean and comfortable. Next time a longer stay.

Labor Day 2023 Clemson Vacation

Our family absolutely loved our stay this weekend. The property location was PERFECT. Great views, convenient to the boat landing, house size & accomodations were just right. This was our first vacation on Lake Hartwell and we definately will be back, hopefully staying in the same house!! Thank you so much !

Great time

We absolutely had the best time at this perfect house! The only complaint we had is that time went way too fast! The hosts are super nice and responded quickly each time we reached out. Our family made a lot of good memories and we loved it!

Clemson Lake House

Our stay at this beautiful home was a wonderful experience. The house was very modern, very clean, and stocked completely with everything you might need. The location is on a beautiful part of the lake near Clemson University and conveniently next-door to the marina. We didn't want to leave and would love to come back in the future!

Clemson Graduation

We loved our stay at the property. Amazing view and lake access. Close proximity to campus (across the lake from Clemson University). Quiet. Loved the master bedroom and the back deck. Room for our entire family! We enjoyed making a connection with the Word family!

FANTASTIC HOME!!!

This property is like a dream come true! The host, Matthew, has gone above and beyond to make sure this property delivers everything you need. From the moment you walk in the home the view of the lake takes your breath and beckons you to come enjoy! The home is open, spacious, and extremely clean. My husband and I both thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Fantastic location. Excellent dock and sandy beach for the kiddos. Manageable grassy slope. Rooms are good size, kitchen is excellent size. Full laundry room for daily use. Access to Tv and various networks. Good WiFi. Kitchen cooking utensils should be upgraded but not a deal breaker.

Can’t control the weather

Great house in the perfect location. We spent the entire time indoors due to heavy rains, but we still made the best of it. Short drive to restaurants and grocery stores. Great communication with the owner.

Fantastic stay on Lake Hartwell

This is a great property with plenty of room for fun and family. We enjoyed a week's stay. Lots of family gatherings and never felt crowded. Very quiet and serene and felt quite safe. No baby furnishings available so need to make your own arrangements. A baby gate would be helpful to block staircase to lower level. Communications with property host were easy and helpful. We'd definitely recommend others rent the place and will look into re-renting when we return to Seneca area.

Clemson House

This large home had all the room for people to spread out, and not be on top of each other. The bedrooms were beautiful and bathrooms were great. The kitchen was the best feature, however, it could have used a few things for cooking and serving as you would at home. The sofas were gigantic and could be be used for extra sleeping spaces. The TVs worked as they should. The access to the water was an easy one. The dock was amazing, and there were plenty of chairs. We lived on the screened in porch and the dock. If you're looking for a lovely home for family fun and room enough for all, this is the place.

This is an awesome home on Lake Hartwell close to Clemson. The house is large, clean, comfortable and inviting. Each of the main floor bedrooms has its own well appointed bathroom. There are multiple living areas with plenty of room to spread out. The kitchens and baths were well appointed and the beds were all extremely comfortable. The lake views were gorgeous and there was plenty of outdoor space. The dock is awesome for soaking in the sun and has great views of the Clemson campus. We were in town for a tour and a concert and the home is just a short ride to town and the stadium parking. There isn't a better location on the lake. The host was great to work with and was quick to communicate. I would highly recommend this property for any visit to Clemson or just to relax on Lake Hartwell. We can't wait to stay here again.

Perfect property!

We recently stayed here for our son’s college graduation. This house was perfect for our family which ranged in age from 16-70. Comfortable, close to amenities, and super convenient, I almost don’t want to review for fear of never being able to book it again!
