The location was great. The property needs lots of work. The ceiling was peeling from leaks in the kitchen/dining area and the bathroom. The tile in the bathroom was not in good shape. The floor felt like it hadn't been cleaned in months, you had to have shoes on at all times. The bed was very comfortable.

The property is right in the sweet spot for where we wanted to stay. Our favorite spot on the beach is just a short walk away, and all the best spots to eat and enjoy the nightlife are nearby. The property was clean and cozy, and had all we needed for our getaway. The host was also very friendly and communicative, making our stay nice and easy. We’ll be going back for sure!

When we arrived we didn’t have the passcode for the door. Thankfully the host responded quickly so that we were able to unpack everything. The place was very clean. The beach was super close and we spent majority of our time there! Paradise grille is right on the beach, but a little pricey. There is a bar just outside the property, but we didn’t mind it as much. We could walk to lots of restaurants and there was also a free shuttle ride if you didn’t prefer to walk. Lots of places were not open past 10, so I would plan accordingly. For just the two of us, it was a nice spot overall.

Located next to a bar and was woke up multiple times every night from midnight to 330 am from people fighting or playing music full blast. Would not stay again the place was run down and smelled old and musty.

Great place, close to beach

We really enjoyed our stay. It had everything we needed, including beach toys, towels chairs! Loved the easy parking!

Excellent condo! Better than description and photos! Bright and sunny! Perfect for 2-4 people. Beach and Paradise Grill is so close right across the street! Pool is clean and so nice! Best part is there is towels, wagon, umbrellas and beach toys to use AND you always have a permit parking spot included and waiting for you! So many Coffee shops, ice cream and restaurants with in minutes walk. Coming back next year.

Perfect location

We loved our stay, cute condo right across from street. Make sure you watch the sunset at the cute little park at the end of the beach.

Perfect Location

Everything about the property and location was just what we were looking for. We could walk to just about everywhere and the beach was a 1min walk. We look forward to heading back next year!

The check in was flawless, you’re right on the beachfront two minute walk to the ocean. Jennifer replied quickly and provided great recommendations!

The studio apartment was very cute and recently updated. Very clean. It is so easy to get to the beach, which was just redone with brand new sand. New neighbors have moved in next-door to the apartment complex. They like to party.

I have zero control over the occasional guest that “likes to party” however there are noise ordinances in place at St Pete Beach and the police should have been called if it was an issue. This is not a reflection of the norm at our complex, it’s usually extremely quiet
