We’re very sorry to hear about these issues during your stay. This is not the standard we hold our properties to, and we appreciate you bringing these matters to our attention. We truly appreciate you sharing your feedback about the home’s cleanliness upon arrival. While not ideal, we did offer to send housekeeping back to sweep and mop, though we understand this offer was declined. It’s important to note that the sink faucet wasn’t broken, the hose had simply become kinked inside and needed a quick adjustment. Also, once you notified us regarding the community pool and community pool area, we did immediately inform the HOA, as they manage that portion. All items have since been addressed so future guests can enjoy a comfortable and seamless stay.

We are sorry to hear your previous experience with us was not a positive one. We however would love to have you stay with us in the future, we strive to provide the best quality of customer service for all guest staying with us.
