The cleanliness issues you describe — crumbs on the counter, an unclean oven, a dirty quilt, dirty furniture, and cigarette butts in the pool area — are absolutely not the standard we hold ourselves to. We do see that you reported the dryer not working during your stay, and we're sorry for that inconvenience. The other concerns, however, weren't brought to our attention at the time, so we unfortunately didn't have the chance to make them right while you were still here. Regarding the mosquitoes, we understand how they can be a nuisance. This year, the mosquito population has been heavier than usual due to the increased rainfall. Rest assured, the city does take measures to spray for them regularly, and we are continually working to minimize their presence around the property. We also want to highlight that this property is not located in a golf cart-friendly area. Crossing Highway 361 in a golf cart is indeed illegal, and we apologize if this caused any inconvenience during your stay. While the location may not have been ideal for your specific needs, we're grateful that you still found the house to be great overall.
