Little Torch Nest

Perfect for a large group, especially if splitting the group is needed. Off the beaten path but still easy range to groceries and such. We repeat annually.

Great place to stay

Beautiful place to stay. We were able to rent a boat a couple of doors down and park it at the property boat landing. Easy access to Overland highway, restaurants and other Keys.

Beautiful View - needs a few adjustments

This was our second visit to Little Torch Key Nest. The view from the property could not be better and accesss to the ocean by boat superb. Plenty of room for 6 adults to spread out. We did not need to use the guest house. The house is well equipped and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and spent a lot of time in the chairs by the pool enjoying the view. Things to make it even better. In the kitchen.- Sharpened knives in the knife block. Wine glasses and kitchen scissors. The master bedroom runs warm but the other rooms were fine. It would be a great help to have labels on the switches around the house. So many, and not sure what operates what except a lot of trial and error. Lastely, we were not able to use your boat ramp. There was a significant amount of accumulated seeweed and other things making it impossible to drive on to and launch. That was a bummer. Maybe a quick shovel of the before guest arrive if they are bringing a boat. We know it builds up daily, but the ramp should be able to be used. No shovel available to try to remove ourselves. We did locate a public boat ramp close to house.

Perfect!

Little Torch Key houses were perfect for our family. Everything was clean and well maintained. I was very impressed and should we make our way back to the we will definitely look at housing through Walkabout Retreats. Thank you everything.

We loved every minute of it

I have rented quite a few places for our vacations in different parts of the country and this vacation was exceptional. I can not think of one thing that would make it better. From the time we got there and put the boat in the dock until the time we left it was great!

Truly unbelievable! Amazing location. Outdoor space is incredible. The house and the cottage are perfection. Would love the opportunity to stay again. Best lobster trip ever

Friends &Family

Had a wonderful time with our son, daughter in law and two granddaughters in the main house while our friends stayed in the guest house. Loved the pool, view, cleanliness of the houses and the outdoors. Perfect location!

Excellent for large family

We have stayed here before. They made many upgrades. Location is close to Key West and Marathon. Our guys caught lots of fish.

Perfect, Private Getaway

Perfect location, houses were exactly what we needed for our group. The private pool made afternoons very relaxing after boating all day. The private boat basin and kayaks were the icing on the cake! We’ll be back!

Wonderful Location

The property is a wonderful location. Kiki’s is within walking distance and a wonderful place. The pool is this property’s biggest asset. I would have given it a 5 star but the property could use a little tlc and updating. I would definitely stay again.

This property was perfect for our family vacation! Plenty of room to spread out and be together! The boat ramp was a plus! the pool was so refreshing, and we spent a lot of time relaxing in it. Kiki's is in walking distance and has a great atmosphere and live music. We shuttled down to Key West one night and had a blast!! We came to lobster, snorkel on the reefs and relax at the sandbar, all very close to this property! We didn't want to leave! We will definitely stay here again.

Amazing property with pool and boat access

What a wonderful place! Pool was awesome, boat access and location was exceptional, and house was perfectly laid out for our extended family with kids and infants. House and guest house were in great condition, all the needed amenities were there, and easy check in. Kikis right down the road was a fun spot for dinner.

We all loved the property. Plenty of room, the view was beautiful. I just wanted to stay at the house and look at the water. Definitely a place we would like to come back too!!!
