the kitchen was a dream, the beds were comfortable, Master bedroom was huge, and filled with light. and the pool and hot tub, we couldn't stay out of it. All in all, a wonderful experience, a restful visit, and Fredericksburg, only 15 minutes away to a fun place to visit, We hated to leave

Great family vacation spot

This is our 2nd time to stay here with our kids and grandkids. It is the perfect place for our family of 10. The house has plenty of space and very comfortable, but the outside area is our favorite! We ventured out a couple of times, but I would have been just fine hanging out at the house all day.

Another Year Impressed!

Absolute Charm truly lives up to its name! The house is absolutely gorgeous, beautifully maintained, and had more than enough space for our whole family to relax and enjoy our time together. It was stocked with everything we needed, which made our stay easy and comfortable. We stayed here last year with our daughters and their families, and we loved it so much that we came back again. It has become a special place for our family, and we already can't wait to be back next year. Highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a beautiful, spacious, and welcoming place to stay!

Well provisioned, self contained family getaway. Quiet country location with a relaxed vibe, yet only minutes away from the historic charm of Fredericksburg. Sunny Oaks is a standing event on our calendar.

We loved our stay!

The home is absolutely gorgeous and we had an amazing time! It was a perfect set up with more than enough space and a bed for everyone! We really enjoyed the outdoor living area and the hot tub! Will definitely stay here again!

Family trio to Wine Country

We had a fantastic stay. The house was roomy, clean and just perfect for a family vaction. The outdoor area was wonderful as well as we enjoyed the fireplace and hot tub on the cool nights. Looking forward to our next trip back

Wonderful place to gather with family! The house is spacious with a great kitchen and the backyard area is wonderful, with a pool and outdoor covered areas to sit and entertain. The bedrooms and bathrooms are very nice. This was our second time here and we hope to return!

Well-appointed house with perks!

Fantastic house for a large group. Plenty of space for 8 - w/o sharing beds or anyone being on the couch. Kitchen was a great layout and had everything we needed to prepare several meals. All seating areas were perfect for a large group to all be together. Outdoor living/kitchen area was our favorite for coffee in the morning. The pool was a total plus for us. And the hummingbirds were a lovely addition to our time outside.
