Newly remodeled 1st floor oceanfront condo in Windswept Villas with a covered balcony that overlooks the ocean and pool. Sit and watch the sunrise/ sunset or watch the dolphins play. The unit has a fully equipped kitchen (updated cabinets & new granite countertops, new flooring and new interior paint. There is a washer/ dryer in the unit. The unit has a new queen size bed and a new queen sleeper sofa, free Wi-Fi and cable TV. Only one parking space. No pets allowed. No smoking or vaping in the unit. Linen Package included; and cleaning upon departure included. Walking distance to restaurants and beach shopping. Short drive away to Murrells Inlet, dubbed the seafood capital of South Carolina.

The property was beautiful! Our room was spacious for a studio condo. The bed, couch, and pillows were comfortable. The pool and beach access were well maintained. We loved using the pool. The property was quiet and we met many nice families.

Wonderful condo

Our weeks stay in the condo was nice. The location was great for restaurants and shopping. Loved that we were on the beach for walking! Looking forward to renting again.

Love the beach

Very nice place. Very comfortable. However, theBathroom sink drain was very slow. The baseboards need to be cleaned, especially the ones in the bathroom. We still really enjoyed the condo and would love to come back again. It’s close to everything.

Truly a breeze

If we decide to return to the area we would rent this condo again. Exactly as described and pictured. Perfect location, very clean and sufficiently supplied. Property manager was available to respond.

The property is well decorated in a beach theme and is very clean. During my stay it was quiet and in a very safe neighborhood which is close to almost anything I needed.

Just What I Needed

Property was amazing and just perfect for what I needed. Loved waking up to see the ocean every morning and reading on the balcony at sunset. Will definitely stay here again if I come to the area :)

Great Efficiency Right on the Beach

The owner was wonderful about communicating with us. The location was ideal—Surfside Beach is very low key! The updated unit was nicely decorated and right on the beach. Access to golf and dining was perfect.

This place was absolutely wonderful! My wife and I were trying to find somewhere for us to celebrate our first anniversary for a few days and this is it! Everything from the cleanliness, friendliness, and overall quality was spot on. We LOVED being able to have this place for a such a special time and look forward to coming back in the future!

Wedding anniversary

The condo was cozy, cute, and very comfortable so much we decided to stay additional days. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Beach is only steps away, waking up to the sound of the ocean is priceless. Already booked for next year. Patty was wonderful!

Amazing location

The condo is in such a great location! Minutes away from amazing food at Murrills Inlet! The beach is less crowded and we loved that! The condo was super clean and perfectly decorated! Patty stayed in touch with us about our stay. We are a family of 3 and we had plenty of room. Will definitely stay again!!!

Amazing location

I can’t even put into words how amazing this spot was. It is so close to the beach! The view is absolutely amazing. Sitting out on the balcony just listening to the waves was the best way to start and end the day. It was walking distance to the restaurants near by. I would absolutely recommend staying here!

Wonderful Beach Spot!

This condo could not have been cuter. It was set up beautifully, included everything needed for a comfortable stay & was in easy walking distance to many restaurants. Best view to wake up to!

This studio style unit was perfect for a couples getaway. Plenty of room, with the best views of the Atlantic without having to get out of bed. So relaxing! We’ve stayed as a family in other rentals over the years in Surfside Beach and love the area. This was perfect for just the two of us.
