Spring is here! Escape to this spacious four-bedroom Craftsman property in a peaceful historic district of downtown Long Beach.

Located minutes from the Beach, Aquarium, Queen Mary, Performing Arts Center, and Historic Pine Ave, this remodeled historic home is big and bright enough to just stay home, too. Stay socially distanced while enjoying cookouts in the large grassy yard with extra space for the whole family.

The house is big and historic. It carries the charm and character of the era in which it was built, but feels completely new inside with remodeled fixtures and interiors. The home is a perfect get-away for travelers looking for a private, home-away-from-home experience. It's great for families looking to have summer fun, while keeping socially distanced if you want to.

The entire house is yours to enjoy, including the front garden area, the long driveway /side yard, and large backyard/shared courtyard area.

Your comfort is my priority and I'm here for anything you need. :) My lady and I stay in a separate guest house at the other end of the shared back backyard/lot. We do also have lot access through the back alley, so while guests may occasionally see us and our small dog from a distance in the yard, we try to just leave guests alone to enjoy the house and the patio setup for yourselves. :)

Short drive to the 710 freeway. There are several local major bus stops close by. Short walk to the Metro A-Line connecting Downtown Long Beach to Downtown Los Angeles.

*Please note the following House Rules:
1. NO SMOKING OR VAPING ANYWHERE on the property!
2. NO PARTIES!! NO PARTIES!! NO PARTIES!! Absolutely NO parties! No parties or events without explicit written consent.
3.Out of respect for our neighbors, outside noise is restricted at all times. Strict no-noise quiet hours from 10pm to 8am. Please respect our neighbors, thank you. No noise audible outside of the house 10pm-8am.
4. Full names of all adult guests required via VRBO app prior to check in. NO unregistered guests allowed anytime. All reservations are required to have ID verification with VRBO no later than 3 days prior to check in.
5. Please keep driveway gates closed and locked at all times after driving in or out. Please keep yard gates closed and latched.
6. Please turn off AC/ heating when not at the house.
7. DO NOT FLUSH ANYTHING DOWN THE TOILETS EXCEPT TOILET PAPER. Don’t Flush Anything Except Toilet Paper Down the Toilet, especially no face wipes, body wipes, baby wipes, or disinfecting wipes of any kind (even the “flushable” kind), tampons, liners, pads, cotton swabs, cotton balls, paper towels, condoms, etc.
8. Check out time is 11am. Before checkout, please help our dedicated cleaning staff by clearing out personal items, emptying the trash to the bins at the back left of the property, and placing any used dishes in the dishwasher and starting it on "Heavy Wash". Soap is available under the sink.
9. PETS - No cats are permitted. All pets must be expressly approved in writing prior to check-in. Non-refundable $150 pet fee is due prior to check-in. Guests agree to clean up after their pets promptly. Poop bags available on request. Guest agree to be 100% liable for all damages, claims, treatments, or needed repairs caused by the pet to any persons or property while the pet is on the property, as well as any and all injuries that may be sustained by the pet(s). This includes but is not limited to items such as furniture, bedding, home interiors, landscaping, and the costs of pest removal such as fleas and ticks. All pets must be up to date with all vaccinations and current with anit-flea and anti-tick medication. Pets may Not be left unattended in the yards. Dogs with excessive barking tendencies not allowed .
10. Do not attempt to use the fireplace as it is decorative.
11. No liquids, tables, chairs, tarps or blankets, or bulky items that may damage or flood the grass area are allowed on the lawn. Thanks! It's hard to maintain grass in SoCal. :) Gardener comes on Saturdays.
12. The driveway area pavement is long and narrow and typically suitable for car parking. Larger vehicles may try to fit in the wider driveway area directly outside of the gate by the street.
