The house has been renovated, with new furnishings, appliances, and décor throughout. You'll find all the comforts of home here, including a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, and a spacious living room where you can relax and unwind after a long day at the beach.

Speaking of the beach, it's just a short drive away from the house. You can enjoy the beautiful California sunshine, take a swim in the ocean, or go for a stroll along the boardwalk. And if you're looking for some great dining or shopping options, you'll find plenty of those within walking distance as well.

- Three bedrooms, each with a comfortable bed and plenty of closet space
