Awesome

The accuracy of the listing was completely accurate. The property mgr communication was great with follow up to insure we were comfortable. Unit is very well appointed. Pool and beach access was amazing. A great stay snd would highly recommend renting this unit .

Great location

This is a very nice property in a great location. Right by the beach and walking distance to many good restaurants and fun bars. A couple minor hiccups that the property manager helped to resolve. Only real knock is on the staff around the pool (not associated with the property manger) and nuisance of location of getting towels for the pool (1st floor different building- pool is on roof (7th floor). For the cost it is well worth the money and will be back.

Perfect Location

Wonderful location! Very clean! Having said that the furnishings are barely adequate. The bed was so low and soft that my husbands’ back went out after the first night. He tried sleeping on the pull out sofa but that was worse so he ended up sleeping on the tile floor. For the price we paid would have expected higher end furnishings. But location and amenities are wonderful. The building did provide beach towels and did allow us to leave bags by the front desk on arrival until our room was ready. We did the city parking permit and the front desk printed the permit. Had no issues finding a space close by.

Excellent location. Very responsive host. Had everything we needed. Could use more glassware for drinks. 2 complaints 1. was how dirty the floors and countertops were. Our feet were so dirty walking around barefoot. 2. Balcony furniture all rusty. Host was excellent.

Clean, comfortable and convenient. Gym missing

It’s a comfortable apt. One block from The beach and great pool area. Laundry and gym missing but had a good stay.

Disappointing.

2 hours late on our check-in. Poor communication. No toilet paper or blankets. Broken safe (fixed on the 3rd try, days into the vaycay). Outlet in the bathroom didn't work and the toilet seat was almost falling off. Reported twice, but neither was fixed. Only 1 remote for 2 separate TVs in 2 rooms. Got a 2nd remote on day 2. Found the other remote on day 4 under the mattress. I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 because the location is great and the condo served its purpose. I could've done without all the stress of the late check-in and the broken items.
