Villa Paradiso è situato in una zona residenziale molto tranquilla, con accesso Golfo che può essere raggiunto in meno di 35 minuti in barca. Cadrete nell'amore con le spiagge infinite con acqua pulita Kristal di Captiva e Sanibel Islanda sia Boca Grande immediatamente.
Il Paradise Villa è molto moderno e generosamente arredate, ognuna delle quattro camere da letto ha una TV a LED dove si può godere il tedesco e Fehr Vedere Bundesliga in diretta su Sky. La grande piscina e spa zona con orientamento sud-ovest garantisce ai nostri clienti tutto il giorno domenica per rilassarsi una vasta area e un bar e grill. All'esterno c'è una TV LED e sul sollevatore barca è una barca di 27 piedi che è sempre a vostra disposizione.
I tramonti al centro benessere riscaldata vi terrà pronto per una serata indimenticabile.

There was great attention to detail and cleanliness in this very comfortable home. We had everything we needed for a wonderful one month stay. The quiet and friendly neighbourhood is conveniently located to all amenities and restaurants. The pool and lanai were enjoyed by all. Thank you Waldemar for being such a wonderful host.

Wonderful home, so clean and well kept. Everything you could ever need is here. The beds are ALL comfortable, the kitchen has top of line appliances. The pool and spa are outstanding. Waldemar is a wonderful host; we so enjoyed meeting him! We will stay here again for a month or more!!!

Family get away

Paradise is really Paradise

Enjoyed our 16 days at this property, we felt at home here. Pool/Spa was wonderful. My husband liked the wet bar in the lanai. The neighborhood was very nice and the people were very friendly. Very easy to get around to places we wanted to visit!We recommend this house highly! Debbi and Paul Saloka

Great property and location

The house was amazing and very clean! It came with all the amenities we needed and we felt very welcomed by Waldemar! Close to groceries and restaurants and anything you may need. It was our first time in Cape Coral and we for sure plan on visiting again. Highly recomend this house!

Fantastic rental property!

My sister and I, along with our husbands, were extremely pleased with this rental property as well as the operating manager. It was very clean, included several amenities, was quite, tranquil, and centrally located. If we should ever find ourselves in this area again, we will definitely want to rent here.

Villa Paradise is an accurate description!!!

My wife and I booked our honeymoon stay based on the photos and reviews. In spite of hurricane Milton, our stay was incredible! The pool and patio faces west and we spent every evening in the pool enjoying the sunset. Waldemar, our host, went out of his way to make our stay amazing! Thank you for your hospitality and the amazing vacation! HIGHLY RECOMMEND to anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing vacation!

So glad we found this house

10 days in Paradise - we didnt want to leave. The house is gorgeous and had everything we could have needed. Having a private pool is always on our list and this one definitely checks all the boxes. The outdoor space by the pool has plenty of seating, tv, and fridge, great for early morning coffee and drinks at night! Waldemar is a wonderful host and was very helpful with check in, showing us how to operate the pool/spa, and check out. Rent this one - you wont be sorry - just not when we want to come back please.

Excellent

I rented this for a vacation with my husband, 1 year old child, and dog- It was excellent! Very nice and clean home. The pool and hot tub were awesome; we spent a lot of time in them. They even have a net that blocks off the pool outside for those with very little kids, which I didn't expect but worked out amazingly! Would definitely rent again.

Great home in a very nice neighborhood.

Very nice home. Well maintained and in a very nice walkable neighborhood. Close to shops and restaurants. It was just my wife and myself, but if you were staying with multiple adults, the inside seating would be a little tight. The front living room has been set up like a second dining room, so there isn’t too much comfy seating other than one couch and love seat. Electricity will run about 25 per day if using the pool heater. Overall a nicely appointed home with an excellent outdoor space and I would stay here again.

Christmas Vacation

We booked this house for the week over Christmas. It was 6 adults and 2 kids. The house is very spacious we never felt like we were on top of each other. We used the outdoor space every day to hang out, swim, and eat. The kitchen is very well stocked with pots, pans, and utensils I had everything I needed to cook every night. The Publix is right down the street. Overall it was a great experience.
