Aunt Bonnie's Heaven will become your own little piece of heaven on earth. Formally known as "Sail Away 4". Located on St. Joe Beach, this home affords you uncrowded surroundings in the middle of it all. The ground level features the main living area which offers fantastic waterfront views and gorgeous sunsets through the wall of sliding glass doors facing the beach! The kitchen and dining room are also located on the main floor, along with the master bedroom which hosts a king size bed and full bath with a custom tile shower, you will fall in love with! Walk out to the open-air deck and enjoy the breeze off the water while you grill the fish you just caught in the surf. The kitchen is fully stocked for all your meal prep needs and is also located on the main living floor. Upstairs features a bedroom with a queen bed with beautiful gulf views and another bedroom that hosts a twin over queen bunk bed. Both additional bedrooms offer en-suite bathrooms.

St. Joe Beach and Beacon Hill offer miles of beautiful shoreline facing due west, providing spectacular sunsets and a silhouetted view of St. Joseph Peninsula. Nestled safely inside the Cape's protective barrier, the surf is low and gentle, a safe haven for swimmers of all ages. Public boardwalks and trails to the beach are peppered along the road. Veteran's Memorial Park in Beacon Hill offers plenty of safe parking and is known for its panoramic, elevated view overlooking the Gulf.

CANCELLATION POLICY: A cancellation fee of $200.00 will be charged if you cancel your reservation. Telephone the office as soon as possible in the event you must cancel, change dates or switch properties. Please note that if the reservation is cancelled within 45 days of arrival, we cannot refund your advanced rental payment. Once your reservation is confirmed, any cancellations/date or property changes will be subject to our cancellation policies. Sorry, no refunds for early departures. You may also use the advanced rental payment for a future booking and avoid the cancellation fee. Please call our office if you would like to make arrangements.
