Beautiful and clean condo in a quiet area, lots of space, great ocean views, short walk to the beach, enjoyed our walks around the neighborhood. Host was always helpful and extremely responsive. Definitely staying here again!

This property exceeded our expectations! We packed a lot of beach items but didn't need to because they had everything we needed. Overall the area was really nice and relaxing. Communication was great as well. We would recommend this place to families or couples!

The location of this townhome is the best on 30A! The place was very clean and comfortable. We rented bikes and it’s just a short distance to coffee and restaurants on 30A. Peggy was very communicative and accommodating. A true gem!

Everything with this property was exactly how it was described. We ended up getting in to town early and we were able to get in the property a little early. We love the area and the ease to get to the beach and the location was perfect on 30A.

There was a mix up about the cleaning of the property before we arrived but Peggy immediately remedied the situation. Peggy is the best host and went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. She allowed us to have our 10 lb havapoo with us and he was delighted especially with the porch and watching other dogs! We will return to "A little piece of Heaven" soon!

Everything was wonderful! Check in was easy, home was just as described. Perfect location! Home was close enough to easily get to dining, etc but not in the middle of the crowds. Perfect vacation to relax and take in the beautiful ocean right in front of you. Our favorite part was being able to have the peaceful vacation and then 5 min later be in the middle of everything if we wanted. Would highly recommend

What a lovely review to close out a very good year at our beach house. We did lots of upgrades with new furniture in the living room and dining area. Also all new appliances in the kitchen. We like to keep everything fresh.

Wonderful location, beautiful view, kitchen was well equipped, and nice size for a family of four.

Our family was very comfortable in this townhouse, we enjoyed waking up to our beautiful beach view and loved that we were able to travel with our small dog.

The Perfect Getaway

We loved this property! Perfect location for the views and making that daily trek to the beach. Unit was clean, decorated very nicely and had plenty of room for our family. Would definitely return and recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing beach vacation!
