house was great and beautiful very clean only ran into a small leak in the living area when it rained and the parking was definitely not great although the back yard was very nice it definitely DID NOT match the pictures..other than that the place was great. we had a great time

This house worked really well for our group of six, with plenty of space, bedrooms, and bathrooms. The living room was comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the backyard was spacious and well maintained. The layout took a little getting used to—it's a long walk through the house to the backyard—but it worked well for us. The WiFi went out momentarily a couple times, but was sufficient otherwise. The neighborhood felt less comfortable than we'd hoped, and there was some police activity out front during our stay. That said, groceries and other essentials were within walking distance. Bourbon street is walkable if you're up for a longer trek, but we found Uber more convenient. Overall, we had a lovely stay!

Great place to stay!

This property is beautiful! Very nicely decorated, large, and very clean. We were a group of 6 ladies and had plenty of room and also really enjoyed the back yard. Highly recommend!

great New Orleans stay

I was there with 6 college friends and the house was perfect. I was so nice to have 4 bathrooms and the place is spacious. Host is very responsive and helpful. We had a great time.

The entire house was very clean and exactly as described. Perfect for our group of seven…plenty of space and great to have the 4 bathrooms. A bit of a walk to French Quarter, but provided good exercise to offset all the fantastic food and drink! Very thorough communications from Nate, the owner.

Great House!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Blue House. There was plenty of rooms and bathrooms for us all to be able to get ready without waiting. Nice location. I would highly recommend!

Great House and Wonderful Stay!

We had a great time here at the house! The owner was very nice and got back to me immediately when I had a question about something! The space of the house was great! four bathrooms with 7 girls was perfect! Highly recommend staying here!

Amazing

The house was beautiful and spacious. It had lots of amenities. Nathan was extremely helpful and accommodating. We were close to all the action. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

A Perfect Fit

Nathan’s property was just the right fit for a group of 10 friends in town for Jazz Fest. There was more than enough room to comfortably hold/sleep 10 and the location put us within walking or short Uber distance of everything we were interested in checking out.

Plenty of space for our group

The property was clean and spacious! The kitchen and bathrooms had everything we needed. Check in and check out procedures were quick and easy. It’s great that we were only asked to take trash out and put dirty towels in the hampers before we leave. It was hot during our stay, so we didn’t get to spend much time outside, but the yard looked lovely.

Superbowl Fun

Absolutely LOVED "THE BIG BLUE HOUSE"!! The owner was wonderful to work with, very quick to respond to questions and so incredibly generous, left us a remarkable WELCOME package of local fair to try which was so very 'welcoming' and kind. The house was in a great location to get everywhere we needed to go. Older home but beautifully updated and decorated. VERY, very clean and neat and I'm very picky. Has everything you need and more. We had 8 adults and it was a great size for our group. We were all very comfortable. And speaking of comfort the beds were fantastic and the large sectional in the living room was wonderful for relaxing. Could not have been more pleased with this property. Would highly recommend!

Great House

Wanted to thank Nathan for an amazing stay. The house is truly what you see in the photos. It was VERY clean. Big and well decorated. The 4 full bathrooms are amazing. We had 6 family members with us and we had plenty of room. We actually cooked much more then we expected on this trip and it was a very well stocked kitchen. Only side note is the 7th ward is an up and coming neighborhood. It is a VERY busy street and if you are a light sleeper you can hear everything outside. Nathan does provide sound machines and that was a big score. Also not a good idea to be out in the neighborhood after dark or to exercise. A few locals told us to not go onto the side streets either. We had no issues here and really enjoyed our stay.
