Yearly trip to Bonita Springs

This is our 2nd time staying at Bonita Village and we will be back.We live the pools and how close the beach is.

Great family spot to stay.

This is the 2nd time we’ve rented in this complex from Pat. We love the location and the property. Kids had a blast in the pool. Would definitely stay again.

We had easy access to restaurants, the beach and anything off of Tamiami Trail! A beautifully decorated unit!

Bonita Village

The condo was pretty well appointed with adequate kitchen equipment. The living room and bedroom furniture was dark and didn't say "Florida" to us. We would go back to Bonita Village, but at different unit.

Relaxing and peaceful!!

It was a great week. There was not a lot of people there. We had the smaller pool to ourselves. Loved the location! The only thing was we ended up parking outside of the garage some of the time. The person next to us clearly can’t park in the lines. Also for some reason there were only two wash rags in the place?? It was still a great time!

Relaxing stay

My Husband and I stayed at the condo over Thanksgiving break and had a wonderful relaxing stay. The Penthouse unit was perfect- clean, spacious, and great view of the pool. The host was very helpful with answering any questions. Overall we had a wonderful stay!

Clean environment. Appliances all worked. Decor outdated. Insufficient number of utensils. Missing teapot.

Sorry about the teapot but some owners just use their microwave, but next time you visit we will have a teapot for you. Lovely Condo Relaxing Stay

We had a very enjoyable time. The accommodations were wonderful. Even though we had a delay in getting in the property, due to events beyond the owners control the unit was lovely, clean and comfortable. The property was very nice. two lovely pools, one with a fun bar. The location of the property is terrific, close to restaurants, shopping and beaches. Excited to return some time soon.

Well worth it!!!

The property is well maintained. The Condo was perfect… large covered balcony overlooking one of the pools. Top floor view. Owners thought of everything… kitchen well stocked. They have beach chairs and plenty of towels… They offer a shuttle to the beach but we drove down and for a small parking fee got front row parking. Can’t say enough good things about this property… we spent our early day at the beach And then moved to the pool and hot tub in the afternoon… plenty of food options and grocery stores close by… covered parking… super option for Bonita Springs…

Wonderful Condo within minutes to Ocean and Restaurants

Would rent here again! The pool was amazing!!!! Pat was wonderful to work with, great communication, and had a book full of fun things to do in the area.

Home away from home

Last minute getaway from NH for our anniversary over Memorial Day Weekend. There was an issue with booking and we got an upgrade to a condo with stairs right down to the pool. The pool bar was closed at that point but we were able to bring food & drinks down and just relax by the pool all day. It was great, exactly what we were looking for. The condo was spacious and had all the amenities you could need. Gym on site, hot tub, BBQs available to use. Highly recommend, hope to come back next year.

this unit was very spacious with nice bathrooms, beautiful view of sunrise from deck. pools & staff were great especially Kris, however unit is in dire need of update, not penthouse quality, example window treatments, furniture, bed linens, tv's, door entrance lock.
