Il soggiorno / camera familiare ha un divano letto matrimoniale, un letto matrimoniale e una camera per 2 persone. Tavoli da pranzo nel condominio o fuori sul lanai. C'è una lavatrice e asciugatrice nell'unità per la vostra convenienza. Lenzuola, asciugamani da bagno e da spiaggia sono forniti. Ci sono televisori in tutte le zone giorno e accesso a Internet. C'è aria condizionata centralizzata e più ventilatori a soffitto per il vostro comfort.
Wild Pines ha la sua piscina, spa, schermato in club house con frigorifero, tavoli per mangiare o socializzare, bagni, campi da tennis riservati esclusivamente agli ospiti di Wild Pines e un padiglione per grigliate. A pochi passi dal nostro parcheggio c'è la navetta GRATUITA del beach club privato che collega tutti i giorni dal Ringraziamento ad aprile.
BONITA BAY è una straordinaria comunità privata recintata che si estende su oltre 24.000 acri. Great place to stay

Love staying at the Wild Pines. Close to restaurants and entertainment. This unit has great furnishings and is very clean. Love the shuttle to the beach.

Great place to stay

The condo is super clean with all of the amenities you would expect. Location is perfect and the furnishings were very comfortable. I hope to stay here again.

This is my second year staying in this unit. It was as nice and clean as last year. Comfortable beds and furniture. Location is great as well. Really enjoyed my stay in Wild Pines.

Spectacular!

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The owners are so accommodating and pleasant to work with. The place is well appointed and beautifully decorated. The attention to detail did not go unnoticed and was much appreciated. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely place for a young family

Myself and my extended family have stayed in quite a few rentals in Bonita Bay over the years and this was BY FAR the best one! It was very spacious and very clean! Our extended family that were staying in other rentals last week were jealous when they came to check out our place. Everything was very up-to-date and top line. I would highly recommend staying here and we plan to book it every year for our yearly trip!

Florida Getaway

This is our 2nd time staying at this condo. It is conveniently located to all restaurants and shopping. Naples Waterside Shops exquisite shopping is a few miles down the road. The condo was as perfect as it was the first time. The Wild Pines pool is clean and well maintained. The walking trails through Bonita Bay are beautiful. Great hosts and very responsive.

Best Vacation Rental We’ve Ever Had!!

This was by far the cleanest vacation rental we’ve ever seen…my wife must’ve commented 15 times how spotless it was (and she’s a clean freak). Check-in was effortless, the amenities were just right and the neighborhood was perfect for us. Mark and Amy were great to communicate with and answered all questions virtually immediately, both before and during our rental period. I can’t recommend this property strongly enough. Honestly unless you’re staying at the Hyatt Regency down the road, you’re not going to find a better place to stay in the area and we hope we have the opportunity to rent from them again.

Girls Getaway

Check in was easy. The condo was spotless clean. It was nice that coffee, creamer and sugar was provided so we didn’t feel like we had to make a grocery run the first day we arrived. Went to dinner at DeRomo’s which is walking distance or a short drive from the condo. The pool is very conveniently located across the parking lot. The beds were comfortable, plenty of towels and the bath mats are so soft. Everyone in the building was so friendly, would stay again.

Super Clean, Well Stocked and Comfortable Condo!

We had a wonderful one week stay. We didn't need keys because of the electronic lock which was great for multiple people. The condo was really clean. Amy had all the amenities we needed including shampoo, conditioner, soap, tissues, paper towels, and beach towels. We were right at home from the moment we walked in! The beds were comfortable and the evenings were quite. We enjoyed the use of the three bikes and we were able to swim in the heated pool. The van to the beach club was great! We did not want to leave. I hope we can come back to the area and if we do, we will stay here again.

Excellent experience

It was our second stay at Bonita Bay and this property in Wild Pines was perfect for my busband and I. We spent two weeks here and our stay in this lovely home exceeded our expectations. Communications with the owners has been very effective, prompot and friendly. The apartment is well kept, nicely decorated, with many amenities and generous supply of toiletries, paper products and detergents. We liked being on this corner unit on the ground floor. The unit has a south west orientation so guests enjoy the sunset in the cosy screened lanai . The kitchen is modern and fully equipped: a plus for those- like us as - who are used to cook . Bonita Bay is a beautiful, manicured development with many amenities, parks, restaurants and facilities. In Bonita Springs we would not stay anywhere else and look forward to our next visit to this lovely home.

Excellent location in Wild Pines with everything you need and very clean and well maintained. Felt like home!Mark and Amy are great hosts and accommodating and quick to respond.We love Bonita Bay and plan to return to their place again next year.

Perfect!!!

Great place. Wonderful host. She was more then accommodating. We needed a place to live after hurricane Ian flooded out our condo. The apartment was perfect. Well appointed kitchen for a long stay if you want to cook instead of eating out. Loved it!!!

We are Amy and Mark from Michigan.
We enjoy sunny skies, warm oceans, hiking, biking, camping, spending time with our family and friends, but mostly,,,, we LOVE spending time with our beloved grand babies!!

Perché ha scelto questa struttura

This unit is spacious, quiet, lots of sunlight, with a large wrap around lanai. The pool and clubhouse are just across the parking lot directly across from our building.
We have renovated and updated nearly everything in the condo, including all new appliances, and furniture. The kitchen and bathrooms were recently renovated.

The private Beach Club is truly exceptional. To have all the ameneties at your disposal for a perfect day at the beach is just priceless. A beautiful bath house, private parking or a Bonita Bay Shuttle, umbrellas, loungers, chairs, tables waiting for you. There are 2 pavillions with gas grills available for your use. There are some concession foods available, otherwise you can pack up your cooler and bring it along with you to the beach. FREE ice and water are available at the bath house consessions area .
