Welcome to your next beach vacation in our apartment located across the street from the beach! Van Avenue Park entrance is 30ft away for easy walk on or dive on beach access. When you are not at the beach enjoy relaxing on the comfortable couches while watching your favorite show on a 55in 4k Smart TV or cook up a storm in the large kitchen with the brand new range. The dining table in the great room provides plant of spaces to hold family meals or play one of the many board games in the home.

This apartment is located above a cafe and there is 1 set of stairs to enter the apartment but once inside it’s all flat except 1 Step down to the master bedroom.

My family and I enjoyed our short stay at this property. You cannot beat the location! The apartment was super organized, clean and the beds are comfortable.

Wonderful Location

This property was amazing. Not only is it as close to the beach as possible but the property manager was very responsive. We would 100% stay here again!

Great Location!

The property is in walking range of restaurants, resorts and beach. Public beach access is just across the street! The house is above an italian deli, so very easy to start the day with a good coffee and pastry. The place is very clean, well-appointed with dishes, cookware, coffee, tea, and toiletries. Check-in is easy, wi-fi access was easy, and the owner was very, very accommodating when we asked for an extension. I highly recommend this place to stay for a nice vacation.

Clean and Rustic

Clean, Quiet and well stocked. Good communication with the owner. The parking is tight and if you have more than one car you are in single file so someone is always blocked in. Issue with the stay was the bathroom. Its in the back of the house and you must walk through one of the bedrooms to get to it and one of the doors does not shut properly so that was a pain.

we had another great time!

this was our 2nd stay in 3 yrs at this property. we come down for the 500 every yr. place is clean, great location, and real cozy. the only reason i gave it a 4 star rating is because, the business owner downstairs ishard to get along with, being that he parks every day in th closet spot to where you park. so backing out is impossible, and so is backing in while they're open. the whole lot can be open and he parks in the same spot every day. we actually parked in the parking lot nextdoor to keep from having any issues half the 6 days we were there.! other than that the host is great, and easy to deal with.

left after one day had two days reserved and paid for

This place was old and dirty. The shower had mold in all the corners 3/4 inches wide. I have pictures to share. It was my brother and I only and neither of us would get in the shower so we left and got another place for the next night. NOT GOOD!! I would be glad to send VRBO the pictures but I have used VRBO several times and never had anything like this

Great Beachside retreat! Comfortable

My family and I spent 11/23/22 thru 11/27/22 for the annual Turkey Rod Run car show here at this wonderful place. Extremely comfy and extremely well stocked. Normally we have to eat out nightly but with a large updated kitchen we cooked every night and the large dining table/area made dinners enjoyable. 3 Bedrooms is a plus so we all had our own bedroom with comfortable mattresses , sheets and comforters. Plenty of towels, tissue and bathroom supplies were supplied. The interior was extremely clean and there was a fantastic view of the beach across the street through the large front windows in the living room. Parking was no problem with two dedicated spots next to the front door. Nicole was a great host and was always there if we had a question. Thank you for the wonderful stay. Don

Absolutely Ideal Weekend Vacation in Daytona

As the title says, an absolute wonderful residence to stay at during our weekend vacation. Right across from the beach, down the street from plenty of attractions and dining facilities. Only dispute I had with the stay was just the parking situation was a slight struggle, but that will be my only complaint. Other than that, excellent house and even better host!

Cute, Comfortable Beach Apartment

We enjoyed our stay at this cute & comfortable beach apartment with an amazing view of the ocean. The walk was a few minutes to the beach. The apartment had all the essentials we needed plus some bonuses. It was decorated beautifully and we would definitely stay again when we come back to the area!!
