Everything about this house and our stay was perfect! We especially enjoyed the downstairs area with covered pool. The house was clean, wonderful and quick communication (when needed)- fabulous place for a large group of family and friends of all ages!

Great family vacation.

The house and property were absolutely wonderful. We had five couples with 5 kids 3 and under. Everyone had plenty of room and the location was perfect for us.

This house was amazing! A major factor we liked it was a short access to the beach as well as the two pools. Having several floors and multiple decks was also excellent for different groups gathering or for private time there were beach cards, chairs, beach toys anything you would need already at the house. We had children up to 70 year-old and this is our favorite beach getaway yet the bicycles are topping on the cake. There are multiple bike trails, which we greatly enjoyed and could get to anywhere easily and avoid traffic. Hilton head also has multiple restaurants and shopping all convenient from this house. This house was very convenient to Colygny Plaza and other areas on the island to bike to. we will definitely come back again. The host were very very quick quick to get back to us and every question I asked beforehand they were right on with the answer.

The house was amazing! Great location with perfect access to beach, clean house, all the amenities you need, plenty of private space for each guest, and plenty of room to gather as a big group… can’t say enough good things about the house and host. Host was excellent and was there to answer any questions we had. Can’t thank them enough for making our trip enjoyable and memorable. Looking forward to our next trip to Hilton Head!

The house was lovely and reasonably clean. Plenty of room for a large family to spread out. The guest cottage was quite roomy and great for young adults in your party. Pools a little deceiving, but nice. Outside covered area great for game watching and game playing. Would have been nice to have a half bathroom near the outside areas and pools! The addition of a hose pipe would have been helpful. Small inconveniences. Overall my family had a wonderful vacation and 28 Carter’s Manor help provide that. I would definitely stay at this house again.

Exceptional property, wonderful beach view with outstanding sunrises, pools were well maintained and very accessible. The elevator access made this an exceptional experience for my wheelchair dependent husband. Two small issues; one a sluggish drain in the main floor guest bedroom, and a small wood panel from the elevator fell off. However, the elevator did not sustain any damage or affect its operation and functionality. We left a message with the housekeeping staff. I would highly recommend this property, so much "over the top" amenities that truly made this property worth the money and consideration for a return visit.

70th Birthday

We had several people from around the country coming in to celebrate my dad’s 70th birthday. The property was absolutely perfect! The outdoor space is ideal for socializing and the layout of the house was ideal for together time as well as ample space to spread out. We had ages from 9-70 and everyone enjoyed it equally.

We loved the house and enjoy the many things to do at Hilton Head. We cannot stop talking about the trip. Our group consisted of woman 50-71, we had a great time.

Value not received

In poor upkeep. Many lights not being replaced, pool needs to be cleaned daily, door handles falling off, no beach equipment such as chairs or umbrellas provided, inadequate supplies such as tissue, paper towels, trash bags. For the price paid, the value was not received. We will not stay here again.
