The house was great for 14 adults- plenty of space inside and out, well stocked kitchen (pots, pans, bowls, etc), comfortable bedrooms. Management company was very responsive and easy to work with.

We stayed here for a friends and family reunion with 13 people, and the house could not have worked out better. There was more than enough space for everyone to spread out and be comfortable, while still having great common areas where the whole family could gather together.The location was fantastic. The boardwalk to the beach is a short walk away, which made it easy to come and go throughout the day without worrying about driving, parking, or hauling everything very far.There was also plenty to keep everyone entertained at the house. Between the pool, outdoor areas, and all the space to relax and spend time together, there was always something to do. With a group ranging across different ages, it was nice that people could swim, head to the beach, hang out together, or simply find a quiet spot to relax.The house was spacious, comfortable, and very well suited for a large group. For 13 people, we never once felt crowded. It really helped make our family reunion a great experience.We would absolutely stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a large family vacation or reunion home on Hilton Head.

Our family loved the property and in fact we will probably rebook for next year. There are a couple of things to report. The dryer took a bit too long to dry, like it was blocked a bit. Also, there was no ice to be had. The ice maker in the kitchen was incredibly slow when it worked. Would have liked to know there were 2 bikes on property. I would have rented 2 instead of four.

Amazing location! Perfect for familes

This property was exactly what we were looking for. Very upscale, fully equipped kitchen, terrific access to beach. Pool was a huge plus.

The house was amazing - large, well laid out, and nicely furnished. The pool and hot tub added to the enjoyment of the beach trip.

October 2020 Stay

We had a wonderful vacation and thoroughly enjoyed the home and all it had to offer. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and the rooms were so spacious that we had enough privacy also.

Great place for a larger group.

Beautiful house perfectly suited for larger groups. With 7 beds and 7 baths, everyone has their own space. It was fantastic to have a private path to the beach, and the beach in that area really seemed to be very clean and not crowded in the least.

Great House!

We vacationed a total of 5 couples (friends from high school)! There was an abundance of room for everyone to enjoy their privacy as well as come together for meals, games and pool time! Pool, hot tub and beach were a big hit with all!!

Amazing oasis on HHI

This was the perfect home for multiple families to enjoy. So spacious, thoughtfully planned with extra refrigerator, dishwasher, seating, etc. It was a bit of a hike to the beach; however, we were appreciative of the boardwalk. It was a bit pricey, but would we do it again, absolutely!

Excellent

The large deck and pool, plus the open kitchen and great room made it perfect to coral and supervise all of the 11 grandkids.. Having a bathroom for each bedroom was very convenient and the private board walk to the ocean was a bonus!
