Magnolia Linen Company Unit 11 Downtown Auburn Across from Campus!

Historic building across the street from campus and Toomers Corner! Park and walk to everything downtown Auburn has to offer including the football stadium and basketball arena! A mix of historic Auburn and modern furnishings. You won’t find a more central location! All mattresses, dish-ware, televisions, etc are all brand new!

These renovated units are in the center of downtown. One parking space is provided per unit. You must use a parking hang tag to avoid getting towed. This tag is provided in the unit.

THIRD FLOOR WALK-UP - this is an older building and there is no elevator to access the units.

KNOW BEFORE YOU BOOK! — THIS BUILDING IS IN THE CENTER OF DOWNTOWN NEAR BARS THAT CAN BE LOUD AT NIGHT

New Casper mattresses in all units with mattress covers on every bed.

Great for a visit to our Auburn Student and the football game!

Absolutely wonderful location. It is loud over the bar but we brought noice cancelling headphones and the host has noice machines which took care of it. Great for walking to campus, football stadium, and downtown!

Location, Location, Location!!!

Amazing location to experience downtown and the campus ! Brought my high school senior to tour my alma mater and this was the perfect location to do everything we planned. Great communication from management. Will 100%recommend this property and plan to stay here again. A+++

Perfect location

Great location!! Stayed for a parents weekend and the place was perfect for us. Host was very responsive when I called her about questions I had. The unit was clean and well stocked. I’ll definitely book again!

We recently stayed here with 3 adult couples to visit our kids who are students at Ole Miss and go to a football game. The house was perfect for us with 3 bedrooms and 3 private bathrooms. The kitchen and living area were well equipped and updated with plenty of space for our group. We had a great stay and would highly recommend this rental. Also, great proximity to the Oxford square a d Ole Miss campus.

Great place to relive our college days! It was pretty loud at night because you’re right above 2 busy bars but that’s to be expected. We will be back!

Great spot - great place

This is my second stay here and won't be my last. The location is perfect and the apartment is lovely. Amanda is great to work with and very accommodating. Yes, you are between 2 college bars, but, you are between two college bars.

Close to Auburn campus

Great location loved that you can walk to multiple places. It does get very loud Thursday-Sat night. But we kinda expected it due to location.

Exactly as promised. It was loud but that was expected and fine. Just stay at the bars until closing and it's not a problem! 😂 Would definitely stay again!

Great experience at VRBO in Auburn.

This property was the perfect location for our needs. We were here for Auburn University’s Drumline tryouts. This is a lovely 2 bedroom apartment which is really convenient. My son referred to it as “lush”. Our host was very accommodating to our special needs!

Close to everything! Expected the noise from bars. Put in the AirPods and slept okay. Recommend for partygoers people looking to relax may not have such a good time!
