World-class winter sports and breathtaking summer activities await in Whistler, where this updated condo at the Town Plaza Suites offers the perfect home away from home for small families, couples, and solo travelers alike! Both open and cozy, this condo provides a wonderfully convenient location within walking distance of the ski lifts and the countless attractions of Whistler Village. Enjoy a gas fireplace, a private balcony, your very own washer/dryer, and lovely shared amenities that include a fitness center and a hot tub.

The Town Plaza Suites are a collection of three, three-story condo lodges: Deer, Bear, and Eagle Lodge. You'll be located right on the Village Stroll, with restaurants, shops, and groceries mere steps away and the ski lifts a third of a mile south. If you don't feel like walking to the lifts, you can easily hop on board the free bus #4 from Village Gate Boulevard. The Whistler Golf Club is less than half a mile southwest, whereas the Whistler Museum and the Audain Art Museum are less than a quarter-mile to the west and east, respectively.

Things to Know
The Hot Tub and Fitness Rooms have been approved for an upgrade this year! In order to accomplish this, the Fitness Room and Hot Tub will be closed for summer 2025.
The Fitness Room & Hot Tub/Changing Rooms will be closed at Town Plaza from April 22nd until mid-September 2025

Check-in time: 4:00 PM.
Check-out time: 10:00 AM.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
The shared laundry facilities are coin-operated.
There is free WiFi on the property.
Over the Victoria Day long weekend (the weekend before the second-to-last Monday in May), all Vacasa properties in Whistler enforce a minimum booking age of 25.
This property is managed by ResortQuest Whistler Property Management, Inc., an affiliate of Vacasa.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Nice and central!

Just right for our three day stay in Whistler to golf and see friends… we enjoyed the central location, comfortable living room, well appointed kitchen and laundry. The covered deck is spacious and private. Parking is secure and below ground.

Nice stay

A nice palce but hard to find the reception

I stayed at this place for two days. Upon my arrival, it took me 20 min to find the reception to check in as it was on a different address from the place. It was a clean but old place. I recommend it for anyone's stay.

Close to everything needed on a ski vacation

Great location except that the night club is across the street. Very loud at night. Jacuzzi is in a separate building and really inconvenient to reach. The condo is spacious and very tidy.

nice but hot

The place is really nice and clean and has a nice big deck. We were there when the temperature was really hot and there was no air-conditioning in the bedroom it was only the fan which doesn't rotate. it was nice that they have a big deck that we can stay and hang out because the air-condition was not working properly too and the chairs in the dining room was broken so we ate our meals at the deck,

Whistler village condo

Nice clean unit but was a little dark. Furnishings were a bit dated but price was appropriate. Great location in the middle of the village but also can be noisy if you are not the ones out partying at one of the close restaurants. Large balcony was great.

In the middle of everything!?!?

The place was in a great location. Parked the car and walked everywhere. It was clean and suited our needs. Because it right over the North Village area it was a little loud- especially at night.

Good Location. Despite it’s large windows unit is bit dark compared to another one we stayed previously stayed on the same floor above Billabong. Put the alarm on to wake up or you will miss your early ski session. Other than that it’s perfect.

Our room stunk of cigarette smoke and smelled musty our entire stay! The room was not left the cleanest - garbage under the bed, toilet a little dirty and dishes left in the dishwasher. The only good thing about the property is the location in the village.

Excellent Location in the Heart of the Village

The unit was very clean and had everything you need to prepare meals at home. Within easy walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops and shops in the village. You can park your car underground - at $15.00 per day -and take the nearby elevator directly to the 2nd floor where the unit is located a few steps away. This is a fabulous feature! The large balcony has a 6 chair table overlooking the village as shown in the listing. The check- in was easy from an adjacent location and the front desk was very responsive as they dealt very quickly with a couple of small issues during our stay. The room is located on the side of the building across from a night club Garfinkel's, which could present a bit of a problem if you sleep with your window open as there are people waiting outside to get in the club. We would definitely stay there again!

Great location

It’s a little tired, but very serviceable. Great location! It would be great if each building had a hot tub. Bit inconvenient to walk to eagle lodge. Some larger glasses would be nice, it’s a pain to get up so often to make another drink! 😂

Perfect location - slight communication issue

Perfect apartment for our needs. Easy check in and couldn’t ask for a better location. Unfortunately we could not get the gas fire to work. We called reception who said someone would come to turn it on but they did not. If they came when we were out, they couldn’t fix it either as it still didn’t work for the rest of our stay. Would still stay again and recommend to a friend! Slight issue on check-out as we were told the reception is open and manned 24/7 and specifically that we could leave our luggage at 8am without any issue. It turns out that the reception that is open is actually 15 minutes away from the main reception, we were not informed of this. This meant that we were late for a reservation and had to carry our luggage with us which wasn’t ideal. Main reception does not open until 9AM. All in all, still a 5 star visit to Whistler!
