Comfort and convenience come together in this updated condo at Town Plaza Suites, where you'll be within easy walking distance of Whistler's ski lifts, countless restaurants, and shops! Whether you're traveling in summer or winter, you'll love coming home to a private balcony, a private washer/dryer, a gas fireplace to use on chilly evenings, as well as shared on-site amenities that include a hot tub and a fitness room.

The Town Plaza Suites are a collection of three, three-story condo lodges: Deer, Bear, and Eagle Lodge. You'll be located right on the Village Stroll, with restaurants, shops, and groceries mere steps away and the ski lifts a third of a mile south. If you don't feel like walking to the lifts, you can easily hop on board the free bus #4 from Village Gate Boulevard. The Whistler Golf Club is less than half a mile southwest, whereas the Whistler Museum and the Audain Art Museum are less than a quarter-mile to the west and east, respectively.

Things to Know
The Hot Tub and Fitness Rooms have been approved for an upgrade this year! In order to accomplish this, the Fitness Room and Hot Tub will be closed starting summer of 2025.
The Fitness Room & Hot Tub/Changing Rooms will be closed at Town Plaza from April 22nd until the end of the year 2025.

Check-in time: 4:00 PM.
Check-out time: 10:00 AM.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
The shared laundry facilities are coin-operated.
There is free WiFi on the property.
Over the Victoria Day long weekend (the weekend before the second-to-last Monday in May), all Vacasa properties in Whistler enforce a minimum booking age of 25.
This property is managed by ResortQuest Whistler Property Management, Inc., an affiliate of Vacasa.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.
This rental is located on floor 3.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Condo was ok. The bathroom looked renovated and was lovely. Kitchen had everything we needed. The tables in the living room were old and beaten up a bit. We were afraid to open the blinds because the strings were fraying. We contacted the manager about a broken lamp. I hoped that the condo had a more luxurious feel as we were staying in Whistler. We had a challenging time finding the office to check in and the spots in the parking garage are very narrow! It was steps from the village, so very convenient!

Good space and good location. The shower had a very loud whistle no matter how you adjusted the water or pressure. The fan in the bathroom would not turn off. It ran the whole time. The switch in the bathroom was not working to turn it off. Furniture and doors quite run down with scrapes and marks.

Wonderful Stay

Excellent location. The unit is facing the back and it was very quiet. The suite was clean and spacious for two of us. There was no air conditioning, it was a little warm but not enough to bother us. The kitchen has everything you need except a pair of kitchen scissor. Lots of restaurant and supermarkets within walking distance. We would book again in future.

Basic condo in a great location

The condo was small but comfortable right in the center of Whistler Village. There wasn’t any AC but it was comfortable at night with the windows open. We were in the back, not facing the square, so it was nice and quiet. Having a washer and dryer was very convenient.

Awesome, loved it!

It was perfect, very central as it was right on the main street in the heart of whistler village, it had everything we needed and there were thoughtful finishing touches such as complementary dish soap, laundry detergent pods, and shampoo/conditioner/soap. The only criticism is that the fridge was quite loud at times. It was an excellent place to stay, thank you!

Great Location

The location of this property was great. It is within walking distance of all Whistler has to offer. The unit was well stocked with everything we needed - clean towels, coffee maker, toaster oven, large refrigerator, washer and dryer with detergent. Highly recommend!

Great location, facilities somewhat outdated

This unit is located in a great area with restaurants and shops and is not too far of a walk from the main area with lifts. The condo was nice if a bit worn. We were very excited to have ski storage in the locker room, but found it impossible to store two snowboards and two sets of skis in the very small locker, so we had to store some of our gear in our vehicles in the garage. We also did not see information when booking that the hot tub requires you to walk outside to another building, and that it is an indoor facility. These factors resulted in us not using the hot tub, which was a big reason we booked this unit. We thought the building was fine but will likely look elsewhere in the future for places with better amenities (such as free ski concierge, free parking, and outdoor hot tub in the same building).

Location is amazing, right in the village. We came with the bus from Vancouver and the bus station was 5 min walking from the apartment. The apartment is old, outdated, but you can see that in the pictures, so you know what to expect. It was clean, not spotless (there were a few pieces of hair in the bathroom). Bedroom bed was super comfortable, but the extensible couch in the living was not that comfy.

Vacasa central reservations was the worst part

Everything was great. Except Vacasa central reservations. Spent 45 min walking around in the rain trying to find the check in desk that they could not guild me to or help.So if you get in late because of weather. They will happily waste you time and lack local knowledge to help. I will avoid working with Vacasa is the future.

Fantastic location!

We highly recommend this property. While it's a little dated, it's in a great central location. The suite was very clean, the bed was incredibly comfortable and it was quiet at night. We also appreciated the Beekman toiletries which were a nice touch.

I like the hotel

we were there for 3 days, we liked the room, the sofas and beds are soft, the TV shows many channels and YouTube, close to the ski lift to the mountain, and also close to shops and restaurants, the hot pool is also clean, I will visit again in the future

Generally all good. Location was great, cleanliness good. The shower door was broken and hazardous so we were not able to use it ince we had one shower and discover the problem - it was dangerous. Also the shampoo and body wash bottles wer impossible to get liquid out of.
