The place was nice, and the patio sliding doors open onto a small porch with 2 high-top chairs and table. The porch leads right onto a boardwalk area that leads to the beach. Pool is close by. The view of the beach from inside is over a railing. Overall cleanliness was fine, but showers did not look like they had been cleaned prior to our arrival and actually didn't look like they had been scrubbed in quite a while.

Everything was exactly as described in the listing. Phyllis was very communicative throughout the whole process. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to make meals. The location of the condo was extremely convenient - steps from the pools and beach. Thank you Phyllis!

Had a wonderful stay for a family of 5. Condo has plenty of space, and is clean and well-equipped, with good access to the beach and pools. Unfortunately it rained for most of our stay but we got good use of the indoor pools and still had enough space to spread out and have a relaxing time. The beds are surprisingly comfortable!

This was the perfect rental for our family(and probably will be for yours as well)! The beach is right out of the back door. It was so nice to be able to come and go from the beach all day without having to worry about driving and parking. There are many pools to choose from, with several being in close walking distance. We loved being able to play basketball and pickleball, walk to the boardwalk, walk across the street for dinner and ice cream, and the convenience of having everything right there.Our kids are ages 14, 15, 19, and because they are getting older and closer to leaving the "nest," our trips have become very important to us. This rental was the perfect place for us to all come together, spend quality and meaningful time together, and make memories that will last a lifetime. We all had a great week!I felt very cared for throughout the whole process. Phyllis is the perfect host and the rental was clean, stocked with everything that you would need, and decorated really nicely. We hope to be back someday!

Right on the beach - incredible place

Loved everything about this. We stayed here for a long weekend with our family and it was incredible. Right on the beach, great community, and incredible service from the landlord.

wonderful beachfront property!

We had a wonderful stay here! The unit was clean, well-stocked, and exactly what we expected from the VRBO listing. It was so convenient to be on the main floor and we absolutely would stay here again! Great property!
