The kitchen was stocked amazingly well. The best I've ever experienced. The quality of the cookware was great. There were several spices, oils, etc available for our use. I typically travel with own knives, but never pulled them out of their case.

Great house cut into the mountain. The outdoor fireplace was extra special and an evening meeting place for our group. Watch the driveway; it is steep.

We absolutely loved the house and trip! We spent 3 nights with a few families on our annual ski trip. We have been to Wintergreen many times and this was one of our favorite houses. Would love to rent here again.

Perfect Family Weekend

This is a wonderful home for a weekend visit to Wintergreen (our second stay). It is one of the best VRBO homes we have rented with respect to overall quality from bedrooms to living spaces and kitchen. The outdoor patio and fireplace are an extra bonus - our grandkids loved doing S'Moores after dinner. The owners (Julia) really make you feel like guests and not just renters. Will return again for sure.

Wintergreen Ski weekend

The house was perfect for our crew. Very comfortable, with plenty of space for everyone. The outside fireplace area was an added bonus, so nice. The owner Julia was easy to communicate with and got back to me immediately. We can't wait to book for next year.

Amazing House and Host!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend, and second stay, at Arbothan! Everything about the house is welcoming and open, and the kitchen is equipped with everything you could possibly need. The outdoor fireplace and expansive deck was perfect for family time with our kids and Grandkids. We cannot say enough good things about this house and host! Our family is looking forward to our next stay at Arbothan!

Perfect place for a large family getaway!

This beautiful house is perfect for our three generations to meet and enjoy being together in the beautiful mountains. The house is fully stocked with just about everything you could need. Sitting outside on the peaceful deck with my coffee in the morning is a highlight. The owner, Julia, is so nice and very communicative. We will be back!

Perfect Fit for A Perfect Trip

House was clean and the kitchen was well stocked (spices, cookware, utensils, etc.). Lots of games available for kids and adults. Soft Sheets & Towels were a nice touch (not the scratchy white towels usually found in a rental). The Owner was EXTREMLY responsive before and during our trip. Drive to Wintergreen was only minutes away. You won't be disappointed if you chose this house for your next vacation.
